Driver did not show up at pickup point. 24/7 service not responding calls. Have to take a public taxi and rydeu keeps avoiding to pay refund. This company is a real fraud.

Great service. Put in what I wanted and received a quote fairly quickly. Quote was good. Pick up was smooth and I was able to amend my return journey directly with the driver, Manfred, who was excellent.

They’ve stolen money from me for a transfer that never happened. Kept having the exact same conversation over and over. I showed them proof that I tried to contact them regarding the transfer and nobody from their side responded. Was eventually told this would be resolved and now they are ignoring me.

Driver was inside the airport waiting for us. so we could get on our travel to hotel. Very good service. No waiting around Thank u

I booked a taxi from Amsterdam to Maastricht. The taxi driver came on time, he helped me with my luggage. Thank you for his kindness. I will reccomend the company!

Was perfect !! We made a reservation from Bogna Airport to Ravenna.
We received 8 hours before the name and phonenumber of the driver.
He arrived on tome and send us a whatts app message where he was waiting for us. So you had immediately good contact with the driver.

A really poor service. The booking was for a business trip and an E Class Merc was requested. The driver was late, didn't speak a word of English and arrived in a Vito. I wouldn't recommend this company if you are looking to transfer Executives. After 2 and half months, I have received a response to my review, the response time says enough about the service. No thank you, I do not wish to edit my review

He was not at the arrivals. Did not pick up the phone when i called him.
We had to search for him in the rain.
He was sending voice messages on his phone the whole destination. He was mostly looking on his phone rather than the road. Unacceptable!!!

He could not find the hotel. He stopped in the middle of a parking place and started walking away living us in the car without saying anything.

He then came back holding a cigarette and i had to show him the right location on my phone which he grabbed from my hand!!
At the end he left us in the road 3 min walk away from the hotel where we had to walk in the rain to get to our destination.
Highly unprofessional!!!!

Catalin was early to pick us up and sat waiting no problem, he spoke excellent English and told us a lot about menorca and the area we were in. He was funny and smart, a pleasure to travel with.

The driver was on time waiting for us. Was friendly and helpful and the car was spotless.

I used service for private transfer from Noto to Ragusa Ilba. I shopped around, price was lower than most. The van was clean, newer, had USB chargers. Driver was pleasant, arrived on time and communicated via text promptly to confirm the day before and just prior to pick up. I would use them again and recommend to anyone looking for transport service.

The communication of the driver was perfect, he announced where I could find him, and he was waiting for me already downstairs, at -2.
He was very nice and helpful, and took me to my hotel, within half an hour!

Have never used these guys before but we're glad we did. Have read a few reviews, some good some bad but glad we took the chance. Driver kept in contact before we arrived to let me know where he would be and to just text him when we arrived. He was punctual and very pleasant. On our transfer home he was prompt and on time just like we had requested. Would definitely use again

Very disappointed with having to pay €73 for my trip that I booked online. When the driver left the meter in and should have only cost €60. So would have been cheaper just to flag a taxi down in the side of the road or call one that morning.
