After selling my car to Rykar they incurred parking tickets on my car and have since changed trading names leaving me stuck with no help and hundreds of pounds out of pocket.

The whole experience was fabulous. 11 out of 10. Thank you Joe and the team for honest and transparent information and for treating a customer like a customer! Would go nowhere else now.
I’d been happy with the service Joe provided leading up to the purchase and delivery of my car, but when it developed a problem during the 3 month warranty period (albeit towards the end) I didn’t get any response to my messages asking what was covered under the warranty (never received any paperwork to clarify). I ended up needing a new clutch. Probably not covered - but would have been nice to get a reply. Would I buy from them again? Probably not but I’m still generally pleased with my vehicle despite forking out £600 for repairs today.
Very pleasant service very happy with my car
Joe B. Sold me an Audi Sq5 without being inspected, major issues, now they do not want to know.
It should have never been advertised in first place.
I am sure that is against trade standards.
The guarantee is not worth the paper is written on. They want me to use Halfords who are completely out of their depth in a job like this one.
By the website and car showroom seemed reputable. What a lot of crap!! They put my husband’s car for sale without checking it, and what happened it has a coolant and oil leak. Their guarantee is not worth the paper is written on as they only use Halfords (and nothing against them but the had no idea of where to start, so there is no way we were going to leave an expensive car in their hands as they were completely out of their depth).
I contacted the seller and he dis not even bothered to reply. Now we are in a pickle and it has to be sorted asap as my husband drives for a living, without car we do not eat.
I am diabetic type 1 and have several health issues that require hospital visits, we live in the middle of the country side and without the car I am going to have serious problems.
I am seriously looking to taking them to trade standards or even the ombudsman, it’s not just that we do not have the money to sort this, is that we have been conned as we bought the car a 5 weeks ago and this should never happened, is also that my health is in danger, and thst I won’t forgive.
It’s disgusting that you cannot trust anybody anymore.
You see in the news that the amount of people being conned has increased because of COVID, . Rykar is one of those con artist.
Very shinny on the outside, just crap at the rest!!! Not inspecting the car that are selling and advertising before they even look at it, is daylight robbery snd completely wrong.
Please do not waste your time!!!!!
I had a great experience with my my Purchase at Rykar. I was never pressured into finalising the sale but instead, time was taken out to show all the features of the car and taken through the documentation. I purchased a Volvo XC60 and there are additional links to Volvo on call and Volvo app that I needed to do. They took their time out to help me sort that out even after hours. All round a great experience. My next purchase will definitely be with these guys.
Contacted to speak about a car, turns out their ethics are poor and they support the forceful ethnic cleansing of human beings in Palestine.
Would never give these guys my money.
Never never buy a car here. Evertime i pay my monthly repayment i fill sick .another year gone by i still have a car as a £5000 land mark in my carpark
First time shopping with Rykar and I must say will not be the last. First class service from the start till finish.
Everyone was so helpful.
Special mention to Joe. Joe is a huge asset to the trade. Even whilst on his holiday he bent over backwards to help me with an issue. Great after sales service.
Bought a car little less then a year ago, great customer service but not long after my purchase the car develops faults, Rykar fixed some issues which took a while so I was left without a car! The car kept having issues throughout the 6 months warranty which have never been fully fixed. I am now left with a car with issues that I can’t afford to fix and if I tried to sell I would be losing around 5-6K which is crazy! Maybe I was just unlucky with my purchase but I wish I took my 10k elsewhere.
