Well its now the 17th and having spoken to them twice they still dont know if Im going to get my printer because "its probably coming from the suppliers"
I dont know how retailers like this survive. As soon as they open tomorrow Ill be asking them to cancel my order - useless company

I placed my order of two bedside tables…
I placed my order of two bedside tables and one chest drawers from Ryman last month. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver on time without any notice. I approached the customer service but they still couldn't advise the exact delivery time. Very poor service and unreliable! As a result, I had to cancel and order from somewhere else. Ryman refunded me after a week.

OK I'm pretty upset and disgusted by the way this company has treated me....
I ordered a dashcam from them at ok a cheaper price, to be told its out of stock.
On the website it says in stock then out of nowhere they decide to cancel my order and offer a refund.
Not too impressed because I went back to the website and it was still available?
Poor poor poor service....

Rymans frustrating customer service
I have just spoke with rymans customer service. My new office chair was delivered then immediately rejected as the item liked it had been dragged along the M62. Rymans delivery partner FedEx insisted that the chair would be ok despite 5 massive holes in the box that were that big I could reach inside the box.
FedEx took the rejection badly and I called rymans only to be told that despite the fact that the chair had been rejected I would have to wait for it to be returned before another chair could be thrown/dragged around their warehouse before being dispatched to me.
This means a delay to me despite paying for next day delivery...
If you are looking for a frustrating experience order your home office supplies through rymans.
1st time customer who will never return.
No clue as to when I will receive my refund.
