Left out an item of an order I made. When I attempted to contact them via numerous phone messages (they never respond), and emails (they don't respond to them either). THERE'S NO RESPONSE NOR FULFILLMENT OF THE MISSING ITEM. Thieves!!!!

I received my order a lot quicker than I thought possible. I called at 3:00 and asked if there was anyway to get it by the weekend (it was Tuesday). The Post Office was there to pick up packages. They asked the Post Office to give them a minute. The next thing I knew I received an email with the tracking info and the package shipped that day. I received the order Fri afternoon. I realized I ordered the wrong tool. Called them up no problem sent the item back ordered the correct item. I got the correct item in no time. Customer service and overall professionalism was awesome!
“Call, don’t email if you need to cancel your order [or make changes]. Emails are not seen and will not be responded to.” Called the very next morning after I placed the order, left a message, called twice more that day, no answer. Called the next day, left a message. No return calls ever. They sent the package. I’m disputing it with my credit card company. Terrible customer service.
Ordered a Ryobi brad nailer with free battery for installing trim in my home. The painting took longer than I thought and when I was ready for the trim work the nailer has been delivered 5 weeks ago.
The battery is junk and the brad nailer does not shoot brad of any size. I suspect they are selling rejects as the tool fails to cycle or engage
Ryobidealfinders has a 14 day return policy and informed me politely that this date is passed and they have no liability
