Ordered a white, wooden bed frame, 10th October 2022, still to this day haven't received it. Have email company several times, no reply, doubt I'll get one or a refund given other reviews. Never again will I trust them. Guess I lost $211, which is a blow after losing everything in the Northern Rivers floods in March.

Scam artists, Bought something, they sent no updates, a week later they responded and allegedly sent the item, they supplied a fake tracking number (according to Aramex).
My emails asking for a refund go unanswered. Total scammers

l ordered a product on 16th october and still havent recieved it. l later saw the same copied photo they took from respectable site.They reduce the price to scam. l got an email with no order no or invoice no. lm fortunate my product purchase was under $30.00. still not good enough..imagine the other poor consumers who have lost money from this evil lot. Dont buy from them..look on ebay and pay with pay pal.

Timely delivered and exactly as described. The product I received was reached timely during the timeframe. No issue with quality.

This website is a scam! I placed an order in December 2019 and they still haven’t delivered. Do not send them any money, you will not get any items. They do not help and blatantly lie. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Happy to send you proof just contact me.

Reading through the rest of the comments/reviews and i feel totally violated and a fool to trust these people with my hard-earned money. Paid $400 for a toolbox two months ago and haven't received it. How can these people STILL be getting away with day light robbery.

I read with interest the other reviews that say that this site is a "SCAM" and also note that the reply from RZKU was to say that putting that in a review in Australia is "illegal" without justification. This is untrue. All reviews noting that there is NO customer service are however true.
The telephone number for this company is NEVER answered. It is just a recorded message that says " Mailbox is full". I know l have called everyday for 2 weeks. No one answers EVER!!!!. Their online chat also says start chat but the chat happens once and when you ask where your order is it says "processing" my order is still processing apparently after 31 days. Also then the chat online won't let you chat again. When l try to see my order now it's says you aren't entitled to see these details or you have no order. I have a screenshot and receipt I have spoken to the office of the NSW Retail Ombudsman and my bank today wow that was an enlightening conversation. Oh RZKU if you want my purchase number so you can post a reply like the "other" so called replys on this site that you say you will be looking into my order it is 14805. Shame on you this was a present for my sons 21st 216.00, money l saved. You make me feel so very sad. BUYERS BEWARE DONT RISK IT. Such a shocking experience. PROCESSING PROCESSING yes l hope your karma is processing too.

The order didn't come for 14 days after it was placed. During that waiting period I decided to go with a different product and emailed RZKU to ask them not to ship the product and requested a refund. No response. After several days of follow ups they eventually replied and said they were now shipping the product to me. I asked them why they would ship it after I told them not to ship it several days earlier but they couldn't answer that either. As soon as I mention the word "refund", they stop all communications with me, even after many follow ups. No one ever answers their phone number.
A very bad customer experience. Don't buy from RZKU (4-Mar-2022)

These guys sent a rug that looked nothing like the picture advertised. When I asked for a refund, they organised a courier to come and pick it up and never refunded me the money and now I'm following up after 3 weeks and they have stopped replying to my emails.
