Highly disappointing

Highly disappointing. Let's start with the good: Ultraformer III e MPT is a great treatment and it does what it says on the tin. The experience is painless and there is no recovery time for this treatment. The follow up by the doctor during the days following the entire procedure was good. Let's move to the bad. 1) The price you pay for your consultation is not deducted from your treatments like in other known clinics and the consultation price is higher. 2) In addition to Ultraformer for lower face and neck, I selected regenerative laser in the area below the eye region for two reasons: puffiness and dark spots, specifically a large melasma below the right eye. After everything was decided during the paid consultation, when I was already on the treatment seat and the laser machine was in hand, the doctor asks me a seemingly innocent question, do you get spots after scarring? To which I replied, "I am not sure," because I have very fine skin and I don't scar/get hurt often. The result, after recovery, even using 50 suncreen and taking every precaution, the eye region is full of spots and the other spot I originally had is still there. The improvement in skin quality when it comes to resurfacing benefits is not that good. I came out worst. 3) During the same session I asked for botox for forehead. I explain I usually have less than the recommended dosage provided for two reasons 1) it was true 2) to decrease the cost quotation that was ridiculous when compared with the best clinics in Sydney Australia. Abroad we pay for the quantity we get, and no one informed me that I was going to pay a fixed fee for the area treated. So the doctor reduce the dosage but the price at the end remained the same and significantly more than what I pay abroad for a similar dosage. In addition, when I complained, they reduce a very small amount. Lastly, for the first time ever, after decades of botox treatment, one of the sides of my forehead above my eyebrow moves more than the other. Basically a job poorly done. I don't recommend this clinic, I do recommend Ultraformer III.
