Guys cant activate the blue tooth to my phone. I did not know of the hidden cost of 39 dollars .I don't need any subscription just need the watch to work with my cell phone

I had the pleasure of once again dealing with Wharren purchasing a smart watch for my kiddies. The setup with the app was easy (even for a technologically challenged person like me). The delivery once again was outstanding, 2 working days and the watches were packed extremely well, I don't think even if the package was jumped on that they would have been damaged. I was a total nuisance before buyingbthebwatches with numerous questions however Wharren remained polite and patient with me giving me sound advice. He probably thought I was never going to actually make the purchases yet remained friendly. Thank you Wharren I look forward to the real test nowbas my kiddies are using thebwatches today for the first time. We played around with them last night and I am very happy with what it can do.

The charger won’t attach to the watch. I have to touch and wait for it to charge and unfortunately I don’t have that luxury of time. Not unless I don’t know how to use it.

Very quick delivery. Product is excellent. My 9 year old son can't get enough. The battery life is short, needs to charge every night, but it lasts the whole day and charging at night while everybody sleep is not that bad. GPS is very accurate!! Video call and voice recordings are my favourite. Can hear and see my son clearly when he is at school. Definitely worth it!

I bought a smartwatch for my son and only realise when delivered and unpacked it was used/demo and not brand new. I spoke to Wharren, which I did not have a pleasant response from him. I will never want to deal with a service he rendered, I was honestly astonished at his response. So never again and will not recommend it to anyone I care about.
