Absolutely appalled by the incompetence…
Absolutely appalled by the incompetence and complete lack of customer service from Saatchi Art.
Over a month ago, I purchased a very expensive piece of artwork for a client (Order #US100237361), and it STILL has not arrived. Since then, I have contacted Saatchi Art repeatedly asking for updates, accountability, or literally any meaningful information — and have received absolutely nothing useful in return.
What’s most unbelievable is that I was specifically promised a response and resolution by yesterday, 5/13. Predictably, that deadline came and went with zero follow-up, zero urgency, and zero professionalism.
For a company positioning itself as a premium art marketplace, the level of service has been shockingly bad. No transparency. No ownership. No proactive communication. Just vague emails, empty assurances, and endless delays.
I have spent many thousands of dollars with Saatchi Art over the years, and this experience has completely destroyed my trust in the company. If this is how they handle high-value orders and long-time customers, buyers should think very carefully before purchasing anything through them.
Terrible experience. Embarrassing customer service. Completely unacceptable.

Beware customer service may not respond
Before making a purchase, I asked if I would receive a certificate of authenticity and was told yes. When the painting arrived, i received a very poorly photocopied image of a certificate. I immediately sent an email but have yet to receive any response except an automated reply stating someone would reply in 1-2 business days
