Buying experience
Thee ongoing communication was reassuring. I purchased art from a ongoing conflict zone and was concerned on how it could be delivered hald a world away. The people at Saatchi were understanding of my position and reassured me their processes were sound and the transport of the piece would be fine. They were right :o)

Deliveries were very quick from both Canada and UK to the U.S. Artwork was carefully packed and arrived safely. Delivery service provided updates. One artist provided thank you note which was very nice. Customer service answered my questions promptly. Very positive experience and artwork is beautiful and unique.

Slow to ship & not ready to hang
Art took longer than expected to ship. Listing had contradictory information that said “ready to hang” and “shipped tube.” It was shipped in a tube without canvas stretchers so it isn’t remotely ready to hang. Art is beautiful though.

First time buyer
First time buyer. Artwork arrived damaged wrapped in tissue paper that stuck to the art. I sent an email informing of damages and I received an email response stating “received my request” and they would respond in 1-2 days. It is day 3 and no word from regarding next steps to remedy my problem. The tissue paper stuck to the paint and removed the paint from the artwork.

Easier then we thought to buy quality art on line.
The piece was delivered to our home in a well packed container. The artwork was what we were expecting in terms of color tones. The process was quick and easy. They happened to be offering a price promotion at the time we purchased and that was the icing on the cake.
