This is the best thing ever! Finally I can kick some asses jedi style. Or in this case I should say sith style lol

I've ordered my Graflex ESB lightsaber back in May and it arrived a little but more than a month

Unfortunately I had to pay customs tax but when the lightsaber arrived (hilt and blade come in two separate package), it definitely IS ONE OF THE BEST

I'm not sure about the previous review, as I've charged my batteries and and turned off my kill switch (which some might miss), and the lightsaber functions FINE

Sabermach's customer service replies pretty fast as well, but I notice they reply quite slow if you try to ask something "outside" of their products.

Nonetheless, if you want to get the BEST lightsabers around, then Sabermach's your company.

The price is justified as they give you the best pixel blades, best board, and batteries for your lightsaber, and you will DEFINITELY notice the difference of their hilt quality compared to a cheap replica

Basically, if you're on a budget, then Sabermach's sabers might not be for you, but if you really want the "best" then the price is definitely justified with Sabermach.

Nonetheless, I've got nothing but good things to say for Sabermach, I'll visit them once I get to Singapore and give them my thanks

So I ordered my saber back in April the 3rd and I finally got but now it's not working so not off to the best start so am hoping that Jay with his amazing support can help me but anyways the saber is still really nice and sounds good as well before it broke and did not work.

I took my first steps into the world of custom sabers in Jan 2020 with zero prior knowledge of just how huge and diverse the available products; ie...sabers, soundboards, soundfonts, etc...were. It was overwhelming but I did my research and jumped in head first and since then have purschased several varities of sabers...from stunt sabers with no sound to the higher tier sabers with removable chassis...from many different manufacturers...Kyberlight, Sabermach, Electrum Sabercraft, Ultrasabers, Saberforge and The Pach Store. By far, hands down, no contest, the best experience I have had has been with Sabermach. I have 2 of their sabers, my first was a basic SG54 when I began this journey and most recently, one of their preminum top tier Master PlecterPixel Specter sabers. It is a spectacular saber, the workmanship and build quality is first rate and the finish is flawless. I'm new to the CFX board and am still learning how to operate it but it's an impressive package, very responsive. Absolutely worth the extra time it took to complete. I placed the order in Jan 2020 with an expected lead time of 12 to 15 weeks. Then the world changed and created several unforseen challenges for this small company based out of Singapore. As the projected ship date came closer it became clear that the saber wasn't going to be ready in time, completly understandable. Their challenges were many and the time required to complete the order was increased by many months. I won't go into detail about what they had to deal with, but my point is that I know what the issues were because I was kept INFORMED throughout this entire period. Every single time I had a question, every single time I asked for a status update, everytime I've ever contacted them, Sabermach's response was always prompt, respectful and informative. Their product line isn't as diverse as the larger "box store" saber companies but they offer high quality products and their line is ever expanding, so there is something there for everyone. What sets them apart is their customer service, it is EXCEPTIONAL and is the benchmark that all other saber companies should strive for. In fact, some of the larger saber manufacturers should send their entire customer service teams to Singapore to let Sabermach train them. They are a top tier company and I would not hesitate to order from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality saber for a fair price, exceptional workmanship and respectful, informative customer service.
