Was my first time and very impressed by the workmanship of the lightsaber. Works great with or without the app. Many different ways to work the force.

It arrived in the EU after 18 days. Every time I asked Saberspro why it was delayed, they continuously claimed that it was not their fault, but they never contacted the postal service they had chosen regarding the delay in any way.

The lightsaber did arrive, I charged it via USB until the indicator turned green (it took about 4 hours, which seemed normal). However, after about 10 minutes of being turned on, it cannot be switched off anymore unless the saber is disassembled and the battery is physically removed. The Proffie board becomes extremely hot!

None of the color selection or volume control functions work; only the pre-programmed sound effects and colors are usable. As I mentioned, after roughly 10 minutes the saber overheats and cannot be turned off.

In general, Saberspro is reselling cheap Chinese TXQ lightsabers, and their Proffie board is labeled as “Damiensaber.” The order is shipped from China, and based on my experience, nobody checks whether the lightsaber actually works properly before shipping. Unfortunately, mine does not work.

I do not recommend ordering from this company to anyone. This has been a huge disappointment for me.

ps: imagine there is ZERO LUKE sound/light effect in a LUKE ep6 lightsaber........

The replacement part took a while but we got it and the young Jedi was able to fix his LightSaber and Christmas was saved. Thank you.

The product is as it says. Seems to be quality made and durable. Did have an issue with the core pins and they were on top of it and shipped me a replacement core. Def great customer service that seems to care about their customers and products .

Really enjoy having a lightsaber and its fun to play around with. I was a little disappointed with the sound quality of them. Otherwise i really love the options you have with it and how it looks overall!

The site was easy to navigate and there were a large number of choices. They even have explanations on some of the differences in features. Their prices are competitive and they shipped my purchase very quickly.

The saber is awesome!
I bought it for a gift for my brother, we have always dreamed of getting a pair and duel. For the price, it comes with a good variety of colors and sounds, themed on different characters wich imo is fantastic.
Totally recommend and would buy again!

Not only was the saber everything I hoped it would be... it was so much better. With different controls on what actions will do, the vibrant colors, the sounds, the weight of the handle, the realism of Obi-Wan's blade... and learning more every day. Absolutely love it. What made the whole thing better yet... the company reaching out before I even got it to see if I had questions, and again after I got it to see what I thought of my purchase. I will be buying many more sabers!!

Fast arrival good quality

The lightsaber is good, but it lacks comprehensive instruction. The instructions cover some of the basics, but could be better organized. For example, I was able to turn it on easy enough, but it took a while to find the instructions on how to turn it off. I couldn't even find the name of the phone app in the instructions; I had to find that using Google.

It also doesn't come with instructions for charging. The best I could find were other people charging other lightsaber models, but not mine specifically. The videos are promoted on the website, but are a few years old.

Overall, I like the lightsaber. But I'd reccomend re-writing the manual. And having instructions for specific models may be necessary. If printing them on a book is too tedious, then perhaps a comprehensive, online guide or PDF would work.

I never received my entire order. I got my Ranger Hilt but not my mystery hilt. I paid for a product and did not get my entire order

Saberpro lightsabers are Awesome!!! The Darth Sidious saber I bought was truly special. The look and feel is so cool. And the free saber and case was excellent!!! Will purchase again in the future.

Definitely a perfect gift for my step son on his birthday. He refuses to put it down and the duels with the saber is epic.

Initially, I was hesitant to order due to some mixed reviews, but I’m glad I did. Given the price point, the quality and functionality of this lightsaber are outstanding. It arrived well-packaged and feels very sturdy. You really can’t go wrong with this value.

Quality of product is top notch and follow up on questions is quick. Also, making things right, as simple as a box replacement is above expectations. Love this company.

UPDATE--- Still waiting to use my saber for the first time after ordering it in December. Saber was defective and after doing my own technical troubleshooting as directed by support, I am supposedly getting a replacement part in the mail. This happens to be a 2-3 week shipping time since its coming from Hong Kong. I've lost interest and by the time it gets here I'll have grown out of this phase. So disappointed. ---UPDATE

Came with no directions and Saber did not work out of the box. Customer service sent tutorial, but while troubleshooting, discovered that the button was missing. Customer service went silent. Now I'm out almost $400 and no saber. Faulty parts and silent support email = really disappointed.
