Amazing service and communication, the package arrived sooner then expected with no problems and the quality was amazing

i bought two sabers each at different times good quality except for the fact that after a few days one stopped turning on and the just says something that sounds like ezent charp ner so i tried to get a hold of the compony but it never let me until i found out about trust pilot

This is a great shop! I’d definitely buy more lightsabers from them. The team was very nice and even double-checked the shipping information to ensure everything was correct, making sure the package arrived safely. Overall, their customer support is awesome, and the people are super friendly!

Hi. I'm not one to normally write reviews or fancy fluff posts about companies and businesses, but I personally felt like I ought to share my experience with SaberTheory this year.

I was the winner of two SaberTheory raffles- both of them a true surprise to be sure, but a welcome one absolutely. One was their weekly raffle for a pair of Neopixel sabers belonging to Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati- and these were my first two non plastic toy lightsabers ever.

The other raffle, which had me absolutely floored when I found out that I won it, was the monthly raffle- for an Anakin (EP3), Obi-Wan (EP3), Vader (EP5), and another Baylan lightsaber- a four in one package! All four of these, plus the other two I had received, were nothing short of incredible, and truly had me nerding out for weeks- and I still do every time I pick one of them up and ignite their bright, brilliant blades.

However, I do believe that while giving praise to the sabers is a must, it would be an absolute crime to not mention the incredible customer service that I had. While confirming the details of my two wins, the wonderful lady from the SaberTheory Customer Support was very thorough with providing me fast updates about the status of my prizes, plus even giving me additional information about products that I had expressed great interest in on the website marketplace! Very rarely do companies respond in such a swift and professional manner anymore- I can't even begin to tell you how many garbage-tier conversations I've had with so-called "representatives" when issues arise elsewhere, but the person helping me was definitely not one of those bad support people.

In conclusion, I have no doubt that I will continue to do service with SaberTheory in the future, as their excellent customer service, quality Star Wars products, and overall dedication to the galactic fandom have sold their name to me, standing out from the other shoddy and overpriced lightsaber replica businesses out there. I only regret not having gotten this review out sooner about them, but it's better late than never!

Those of you who are considering SaberTheory- do it! I promise you won't regret it.

Customer service is astounding, providing everything I need to fully enjoy my saber! The saber itself is beautifully crafter, miles better than the Disney sabers without a doubt!

Timely prompts on order processing and shipping updates. I received my package in a speedy timeframe too.

I’d definitely recommend SaberTheory! The lightsaber is awesome. It looks and feels amazing, lights and sounds FX are next level. I’ve been having tons of fun playing with mine and figuring out all the different things this civilized weapon is capable of!!!

Don't understand this language but I am thoroughly impressed with my ep6 Luke saber

I ordered a 500 dollar lightsaber and was sent a different saber from the one I ordered. I immediately contacted support. First reply was “ our warehouse is out of stock of the model you ordered.” So they sent me something I didn’t want instead of cancelling my order. Any normal business would do that. It took almost two weeks of back and forth emails to get the return address to China so i could get a refund. I take the package to ship DHL ( since thats who delivered it). They wanted $290 to ship the package. What the heck? I do not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money. Steer clear of this company.

The Nova Saber is an amazing addition to my collection! I’ve worked with this company before and they have been nothing but good to me in the last year!

I had to wait several weeks to receive my order and then it was a different, lower quality product than I ordered. I actually wanted to write a very long review but I lack the time and desire to do so. I definitely advise you not to use this store. I paid almost 400 francs, waited a very long time for my order, then it was another version that I actually ordered and those from the support pretended not to understand me or what I mean and did not address the problems. Find a better store!

I cannot stress it enough: Imagine you get a cheap Replica product instead of a quality product - as described on the website. Just as an example, the on/off button falls out when the small plastic cover on the control box is not properly attached and even this substandard cover does not even hold properly. The battery you can not just take it out like described in the pictures, it is firmly installed and also in a very cheap way. And that's not even all. I really advise you to find another shop!

Customer service is excellent. They take great care to ensure that the order is fast and correct. In fact, they contacted me to confirm my address and arrange for me to receive it when I wasn't on vacation. All perfect.
