Sabers Good👍Costume Bad👎

I was really happy with my sabers that I bought all 8 of them. However when I bought my outfit and it didn't fit. I was extremely disappointed with the company no allowing me to return it for a refund as the package had been opened. How else am I supposed to try it on to see if it fits.

Excellent customer service and products !

Bought my boyfriend a cosplay costume very last minute on their website since he already had one of their light sabers that he was really happy with. I called them for advice on sizes and for a pick up option at their office and they arranged for me to pick it up on the same day since we had a Halloween party the next day ! Got to meet and talk with Matt , super friendly ! The costume turned out perfect on my boyfriend, he got many compliments !

Great quality saber

Great quality saber! The instructions weren’t fully accurate but after playing around in the app it wasn’t hard to figure out. It also took longer for the order to be processed than the FAQ stated it would, but the customer service replied promptly. The company was local to me so I wasn’t expecting the saber to ship from China, but in the end it’s still great quality.

Excellent first experience!

Amazing experience, met them at the Ottawa Comiccon a few weeks ago.
Everyone was extremely helpful and passionate about the craft. Ended up buying a saber!

Fast forward a week, had some trouble with the shipping, emailed support and within 24 hours had a replacement sent out with expedited shipping (free!).
William was an incredible help!

I have my saber now and could not be happier with the quality, I'd absolutely recommended Saber X for your Star Wars needs!

Amazing saber!!!

Saber X had quick shipping and their light saber hilt has an amazing amount of detail to it. The soundboard is great and the speakers are flawless. I could not have been happier with a product. I’ll be saving up to buy another saber from them soon!!!

Awesome

I had the pleasure of meeting the awesome team while attending Fan Expo in Toronto. These guys have amazing sabers and certainly passed the vibe check. I actually felt like I was holding Obi Wan's true lightsaber. Definitely a fine addition to my collection!

Great to meet the team at FAN EXPO CANADA

Great to meet the team at FAN EXPO Canada. I pondered too long on a particular character saber, and when I made it back to the booth later in the day it was sold out. Your team immediately solved the problem as I was walked through an online order, and now just awaiting delivery. Compared to everything else on offer, your sabers are by far the best, and the customer service is fantastic.
Update: My new saber shipped in a week. It is some beautiful kit!
