Fastdelivery. Good packing. Few free samples.

My order issue has not been resolved yet. I sent an email but got no reply. I hope it can be resolved for me as soon as possible.

Fairly rapid delivery to the UK - only took a week but there was then a delay with Parcel Force who claimed that our building was inaccessible even when I had been at home and anticipating the delivery. They were not good at resolving the issue or responding when we suggested an alternative delivery address. I appreciate this was not Sabina Store's fault. After several days of attempting to sort the issue by text and by phone calls, we drove half an hour to the depot in another town where we picked up the item.

I had a great first experience ordering from Sabina as someone from the US. I also got two premium samples as a bonus and I got my package two days earlier than expected. Price was good and seemed like they care!

Ordered perfume at the beginning of December and I still have not received it. It travels from Spain to France and back to Spain again. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions but am told this is not possible as the parcel is in transit, however it is in transit back and forth between two countries, neither of which I am from. Customer service is pathetic, they reply to the odd email but aren't helpful in providing a resolution. Would not order from here again - pay the extra £20 and go to a local reputable retailer!

I was hesitant about ordering from a Sabina Store as I live in Scotland but it was extremely worthwhile. Good choice, fast delivery and nicely and carefully wrapped. Prices slightly lower than expected. Would purchase again. Thank you.

Do not order from here the delivery toke 3 weeks i ordered 50 ml perfume they send me 30 ml the contact service was overal okay, but this was the first en last time.

Price was so much cheaper, I did check out trust pilot beforehand, all was good. Postage did take over a week but I expected that as it’s based in Madrid. I would definitely order again.

You can NOT TRUST this company if you are buying from within the UK.
I have never been so ripped off by a company refusing to take accountability and offer assistance with a faulty product they claim to be authentic.
The perfume came in a gift set that had no seal or wrap around it, appeared to have been tampered with, doesn't look authentic and had gone so bad that it looked like a bottle of dirty rain water rather than the lush La Vie Est Belle Elixir which I ordered.
After much back and forth over emails, they refused to acknowledge the items condition despite photo evidence and tried to scare me into not returning the product in case it is lost in post resulting in no refund.
Regardless I found that I am legally unable to send perfume to European countries from the UK due to restrictions and so I am unable to get a refund at all.
