Perfume arrived crushed it was clearly done in transit but Sabina are no help, ask for pictures, which I supplied and then stopped responding to my request, 6 days and no reply, awful service. Glad I paid with PayPal as I have now opened a case through them.
You did not help and just blamed me for accepting the crushed packet, awful customer experience.

I ordered a perfume 13 days ago with a promise that it would be delivered between 3-10 days. I have contacted them through their stupid AI chatbot and got no answer. I have put the payment in dispute through the PayPal. I therefore don't recommend this company and I will not order ever again. They also charge some kind of postage Insurance which could be a scam and I will have to wait and see.

Delivery process to UK is poor
Delivery process to UK is poor. I have now been waiting two weeks for an order which said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days. There is no notification as to when delivery will take place nor an option to redirect to parcel shop or safe place so unless you are at home 24/7 it’s easy to miss the delivery. I’d rather pay for delivery than wait this long. I now don’t know what is happening with my parcel and I have paid over £100 for it.

Visited the maspalomas sore. Had a fantastic shopping experience the manager [joti] I think went above and beyond to help me. Would shop here again. They have niche fragrances nowhere else available in Gran Canaria.
Will be buying my fragrances only from here in the future when visiting Gran Canaria.
