I absolutely love Sacla pesto and ordering online offers you flavours you don’t often see in the supermarket (such as almond). My only minor criticism is they use the worst courier company on the planet, DPD. Amazingly, for the first time in four times of having to use them (for various companies) my huge box of pestos arrived on the first attempt-if late! Looking forward to working my way through a lot of pesto!

Great products, absolutely AMAZING packaging, and swift delivery via DPD. I shall deffo buy online from this company again.

I bought Ch**se sauce partly out of curiosity and partly because it wasn't based on coconut oil, which I dislike. Sadly it was a disappointing experience. Taste and texture were sufficiently unpleasant for me to check how to dispose of it, and I never waste food!

Love their range of products, especially the Pesto. Have found buying direct is very easy and they have some good promotions on bulk buys. Items are very well packaged to protect them in transit.

Searching for Leone jellies as gifts for Christmas, I found that I could order them directly from Sacla in the UK. Their website is full of superior Italian treats. Ordering was easy and the goods arrived well packaged and on time. I think I'll be ordering plenty of treats for Easter.

I buy all the Italian pastries and chocolates from Sacla. They're a friendly lot who interact well with me by email. Products are all excellent and not to be found elsewhere. Regular discounts offered tempt you to buy more! Highly recommended for Italian foods of all sorts.
I would add, that Sacla should discontinue using DPD as their courier. They are the worst courier in the country and have no concept of time, never deliver on time and send fake emails about how they tried to deliver and missed us. If they did come to the house and missed us why didn't they leave a card or place the parcel in an open porch?? Apart from this I have no grievance with Sacla.

Do try to avoid this company. They offer next day delivery and, it seems, have no intention of fulfilling their obligation. Even worse, when chased for a normal delivery they constantly give excuses while not actually sending the goods. Getting an answer on the phone just doesn't happen so best not to buy at all. I have had to report them to my CC company for a refund and search elsewhere.

Edit 12.12.23: I received an alert from Sacla saying "Great news! Your Sacla' delivery is on its way", but when I checked the delivery company ref number the page stated: "Your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue"

I am very impressed with Sacla! The range of products that they have
is astonishing. I made an order for a birthday occasion and after contacting the customer service, they assured me that it will arrive on the day, which it did. Everything was perfectly packaged, and presented in a beautiful box. All the products are of very high quality and I will definitely be ordering more stuff in the future!

I have bought Sacla’ pesto in the supermarket over the years but only looked at their website recently and saw the full range of their products.
The website was easy to navigate and I was able to place my order without any issues. A few days later my order was delivered, everything was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition, I was very impressed. I’ve decided that they will make perfect Christmas presents so I’ll be ordering more soon.

The products are amazing and each individual jar wrapped to protect them whilst shipping. I placed my order for my son at Uni as a surprise and it arrived in two days! A little tin of sweeties was including as a little treat which made him very happy. I will be ordering the Italian Chef Special again!

Sacla are a wonderful example of excellent customer service. Their products are truly delicious and authentic. Their ordering to delivery process is quick and efficient and they always demonstrate consideration towards their customers by adding a thank you to orders.
I for one am happy to support them by buying direct from Sacla always♥️

Bristot Decaffeinated coffee actually tastes of coffee, it's quite superb!

I have tried many different brands of this product but now I always buy Sacla sun-dried tomato paste. No other brand gives such a deep, full, authentic flavour. I use it in lasagne, bolognese, and all other casseroles, soups, stews etc. I buy 6 at a time online to make sure I always have it to hand. It's my 'magic ingredient'!

This was my first order from Sacla.Uk and I can’t fault the company at all. My order came in two days and was extremely well packaged. I am really pleased with the olive oil, it’s the best I have ever bought. Well done Sacla I will buy from you again.

Ordered some chocolate from here recently - the price was very good, the delivery was excellent and I was kept updated about the order regularly (ordered Sat, sent on Mon!). I have no hesitation in recommending this company: friendly and helpful and a great choice of products :-) I will be ordering more items shortly....

I have bought Sacla items in supermarkets for some time. I have recently discovered the website. I was impressed with the range of items. I have discovered Italian jam, absolutely delicious. The panforte is really good and comes in different sizes. The service was excellent, really fast. I will be a returning customer.
