I ordered a cutting board on Sept 2

I ordered a cutting board from this Quebec business on Sept 2 had not received any notices about shipping or anything. I searched but found no emails anywhere. I then sent an email to my bank, disputing the purchase. Then yesterday I did find an email from the merchant in a junk folder. I had searched but too early: it had been sent on the Sep 6.

So the merchant says “it will take 3 weeks” to get the board made, but they said that they had in IN STOCK so not sure what that is about. As such I send my apologies; it seems the merchant will make good and send the board out, if only after a lapse. I also noticed a notice on AfterShip this morning, which it mis-leading since it may sit there for another 2 weeks. I have also notified my bank acknowledging the response from merchant and updated info on processing of said cutting board. I still cannot give more than a 2-star review because of the “In Stock” and “it will take 3 weeks” discrepancy.
