If you’re thinking about buying from this girl— don’t. I overnighted her the crystals and flowers from my flower crown from my wedding for her to create into jewelry. All I got was 6 months of being strung along by her, excuse after excuse why my pieces weren’t done (my house got broken into, instagram didn’t notify me of your messages, blah blah blah), and every week she would say “oh it’s shipping out today! I’ll have pics for you today!” And RADIOSILENCE for a week. Finally she sends me a tracking number…lo and behold the tracking never updates and she says she lost the package. After that, I never got another message from her, she completely ghosts me and doesn’t compensate me in any way for losing priceless relics from my wedding day. My communication with her on my end has always been respectful, but after my kindness and patience was taken advantage of, I refuse to be walked all over by this person. Let me be clear, I understand she is a small business and it takes time for custom orders. However, it is not my responsibility to hound her for a realistic timeline of when my pieces will be finished, shipped, and in my hands. If she told me from the beginning “your pieces will take 6 months” and I had clear communication from her, I wouldn’t be writing this review. If you can’t even communicate with your customers through basic email etiquette, what are you even doing? 0/10 i’ll NEVER recommend, and I got the screenshots to prove what an irresponsible, grossly negligent person she is, running a business she has no business running.
