I have recently purchased a saddle from “saddle masters”, due to needing to replace an I’ll fitting saddle.
The process was made very easy Ian at saddle masters came out and helped us chose the right saddle to accommodate our needs . He made sure the saddle was the right fit for not only the horse but rider as well.
I have since rode in the saddle non competitively and competitively and my horse has felt a lot more comfortable and happy .We had fantastic service and experience from saddle masters which I would really highly Recommend

Fantastic customer service, I had a number of thoughts about the type of horse bit I should try. I spoke directly to Ian at the company who was clearly very experienced and provided no pressure advice on a number of options for me as a showjumper. When I decided I received the bit the next day and it was quite remarkable how much better my ride went compared to previous. Highly recommend.

I ordered the wrong bit, my fault entirely however Saddlemasters went out of their way to help me. They exchanged the bit extremely quickly, helped with sizing, and followed up to ensure I was happy. Superb service, I highly recommend them.

SM Equestrian was recommended to me as a stockist for the Neue Schule bits. I contacted their head office on Thursday morning to ask if they had a particular bit in stock for immediate dispatch. I also needed the item sending Tracked Royal Mail as it was a very expensive bit and I didn’t want it to missing on route without insurance. I spoke to a very helpful gentleman named Ian. He liaised direct with Neue Schule, had the bit sent direct from NS to the Saddlemasters head office and then Ian sent the bit onto me via the insured Tracked RM service. I received an email from Royal Mail on the Friday afternoon to say they had my parcel and would delivery it on Saturday and to my absolute delight it arrived that Saturday morning. What incredible service! I will 100% be buying from this fantastic company again and will recommend them to all my equestrian friends.

I needed my order to arrive on time for a very important event. Postal strikes threatened the guaranteed delivery so the Director at Saddlemasters drove the two hour round trip to hand deliver the item. This is exceptional customer care for which I am deeply grateful.

Would definitely recommend Saddlemasters they were very helpful with advice when a pair of Brogini gaiters I ordered for my granddaughter for Christmas did not fit, we’re very quick to send a returns label out and replaced the gaiters with the next size down ASAP. Thank you Saddlemasters.
