WRONG PRODUCTS Dr Song Omega PDRN serum

Hi,
I'm a bit confused and frustrated , I have been waiting and excited to try your products , just received my 2 orders today, but I'm not sure it's the right one.As you can see the boxes and the bottle containers are way different from my original orders. First of all the box is white compared from the one I received was different and both NO " Dr Song" printed on both boxes and both bottle containers. Please kindly send me the real ones, sorry for the inconvenience but I do not feel confident using Fake Products to my face. I send email already and waiting for the response on how to resolve this issue.

Please advise
Thank you

FAKE product. Not as advertised

FAKE product. Not as advertised

SO disappointed. This product is nothing like the advertised texture and colour. Watery and useless.
NOT Korean at all.

Leaving reviews accordingly as widely as I can to warn others . Another complete waste of money.

Bait-and-Switch! Not the Brands I Paid For

I came across Saeskyn on Instagram where they were running some promotions on Korean skincare, so I ordered three products from their website, advertised as Dr Song Serum, Tosowoong Arbutin Cream, and Centellian24 Madeca Cream, but what I received were completely different brands/unbranded replicas. These are not the products I paid for and I wouldn’t risk putting them on my skin.

Their explanation about “packaging differences” is simply not true. These are independent brands sold on Amazon, YesStyle, SkinSeoul, and the brands’ own websites — the names cannot just be changed by a reseller, as they are trying to claim.

I tried contacting them, but they offered only a 50% partial refund to brush this off. I will not be accepting this and will be taking further action.

Their Instagram is also suspicious — 7,822 followers but 0 posts. It looks like they’ve bought fake followers. I wish I realised this before.

This company is completely misleading, unsafe, and a classic bait-and-switch. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate in the UK!

I ordered the heavily advertised…

I ordered the heavily advertised plumping wrinkle balm and received some awful, greasy balm that came from China called KAHI. Absolute rubbish! It just sits on the skin and is really difficult to remove. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! BEWARE!!!

Scam site SAESKYN

Scam site. Ordered their "Korean Advanced PDRN Cream". Got the products, only to find out that it was in fact not the Korean product that they have depicted on their site. The cream is advertised in the pictures to be from the company Centellian24, but the products I receieved were not. Instead the tube did not have the Centellian brand logo at all, and it said "Made in China" on the products. Not made in Korea, as advertised. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
