Straight Up Thieves

Read the reviews before using. It's all true, they take your money, they are smart asses and they refuse to give it back.

UPDATE: In response to Safe Trade's response, I have already asked for help and was treated unkindly. This isn't posted for nothing. Money taken. Gone.

UPDATE: I never threatened anyone. I demand proof of that be posted here. If you can't provide it, your evident lack of integrity will be on further display. Everyone knows about exchange minimums, yes, but you let people deposit lower than required amounts and make it hard for them to get needed information before depositing.

I was NEVER told by anyone that my case was being worked on. I was treated rudely and told my ticket would remain "open." No details given, no standard help, no basic customer service. Be clear, be helpful, and stop lying about the apathetic nature with which you treat your customers after taking their money.
You never once offered to work with me or help me in any way. It looks like you might want to change your company policy because there are numerous people claiming that you have ripped them off.

Your dismissive arrogance is apparent in your responses to complaints here. I'm sure everyone making a complaint here tried to work with you in the beginning, and received nothing but the condescension reiterated in your responses here.

You continually try to portray me as someone who doesn't know crypto. I know that GOOD exchanges allow additional deposits to the original address if needed so that the minimum amount can be met. Regardless of any misconception on the part of the customer this basic precedent is in place along with a courteous desire to help. You blew me off and your responses underlined a belief that I was just an idiot who got what they deserved. Nice customer service model.

Lastly, I thank you for showing (in your latest response) the crypto public your true colors and proving everything I have said about your treatment of customers , it's astounding. You should educate yourself on how real exchanges work and spend less time here further insulting people you steal from. I look forward to your next round of insults that once again prove who you are. Seriously, if you put as much effort into customer service as you did insulting customers, we wouldn't even be here.

We looked up your case and you were politely asked to wait while we look to resolve a mistake that you made by not reading very clear instructions on minimum deposit right beside the address you clicked on for deposit. At this time, the issue was also explained to you.

Instead, you did it again. And again. And claimed the instructions were nowhere to be seen. Anyone can see them, they are right beside the deposit address.

We asked you to be patient while we looked at it, and then you started making threats. Over an amount under $50. Nearly every exchange in the world outside of a few top 10 batching exchanges has minimum deposits for Ethereum. Please read how Ethereum works. We have Many other options. BSC. Tron. Solana. Educate yourself, pay attention to instructions. Take some responsibility for your own actions, and work with people trying to help you rather than threaten them.

Nearly everyone in crypto is already aware of high ethereum fees. For those who aren't, we provide instructions that cannot be missed. To make the threats that you made, and to accuse us of stealing for your lack of education when were trying to help you, displays an incredible lack of honesty and integrity on your part.

UPDATE: All the proof is in the tickets that you already have. You were clearly told on April 5 that developers were already working on fixing this so that the minimum deposit would be lower. Thus, keeping your ticket in Open status. It is extremely clear and easy to read. Look at it. Read it. Then you won't have to go on wild conspiracy theories about how your embarassing behaviour is influencing our policy. It was already expained to you before you went off the deep end, and you should have read it.

You responded to this explanation on April 5, and you were happy. On April 6, you presumably forgot to take your medication and went on another unprovoked rampage, as if none of the communication the previous day ever occured. You created your third ticket on the same issue for no clear reason, presumably to add as much confusion as possible for support staff. Here you threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau. Over pennies, caused entirely by your mistake and lack of education and reading, that we were already helping you with. Then you went on a wild protest about how the minimum ETH deposit should be front and center on the front of our web page. Even though we currently have it as impossible to miss when you generate your deposit address.

Our support staff Very kindly responded to your inappropriate behaviour again,with extreme clarity:

"Once the developers work on an improved deposit collection program to lower the minimum deposits, your funds can be credited"

Learn to read basic sentences, quit blaming other people for your mistakes, stop lying, take some responsibility in your life and quit wasting your time and our time.

Literally every accusation you made above has been a straight up lie. As we've outlined. When you lie, and make threats (we don't care what kind of threat it is, and never said anything about personal threats), and make false accusations, then at some point, possibly to your surprise, we may cease to be as friendly and accommodating as we absolutely were for you. You may be accustomed to getting what you want with that behaviour. Unfortunately that is not our business model.

I made a deposit of $50 and never show on my account. Etherscan showed that it went to correct wallet. I’ve reached out to service support and I’m still waiting for this issue to be resolved. I am deeply ashamed of this company stealing peoples money. Reading other comments, it looks like I’ve lost my money I hope this people get arrested.

This absolutely did not happen, this is 100% false. Nobody from this company stole from you, so please don't make false claims.

Please send this review to whatever company you sent the funds from. We have a minimum deposit of $50 for ETH-USDT, which you would have understood if you set that amount.

Oftentimes, the sending entity does not actually send the amount you requested, they take a fee for themselves. If you look on etherscan you will surely see that you send an amount under the stated minimum.

If you want to give someone a 1-star review, if anything it should be the sender that did not send the amount you asked to send.

We are working on ethereum-based solutions to help people in this situation, but it is an extremely difficult problem to solve and most exchanges, if not all, will not help you if you deposit under minimum.

Please be patient and be glad that we are at least trying to find solutions for a problem that I am quite sure you understand.

Read alot of reviews where people can't transfer funds etc.

This is not true. We have tickets, and live support in discord and telegram. Zendesk should have worked, but if something fell through the cracks it is extremely easy to escalate and get it solved with us. We work with the community 24/7.

Scammed my deposit, stay away for your own sake…:)

Was scammed for aproximately 500$ in the deposited coin, when there was a problem occured. All I heard from “support” = your case will be looked in when there is more time. Case would take about 5 min to get resolved, if they were interested in actually helping me. Will consider editing the review if my deposit is ever recovered and returned to me :)

Consider what kinds of shi* platforms you gonna use for your exchanges :)

That sounds like Qubic. Qubic is an experimental blockchain which we support, and we do a lot of communication about it. We communicate the potential for Qubic delays as best we can, but 100% of customers do get their situation resolved. We don't have anything outstanding.

O.K exchange, but problems take an age to resolve.

I used SafeTrade for the first time and and transferred 145 coins (of a certain crypto) to my SafeTrade account on the 12th Dec and it quickly showed up in my Deposits history as "succeeded" but it wasn`t available in my assets, so it was in the Exchanges wallet but hadn`t been credited/made available to my SafeTrade wallet yet. I gave it quite a few hours to make sure enough time had passed for and confirmations on the chain to complete, but it still wasn`t available. So I put a ticket into support on the same day and got a confirmation email saying they had received the request, but I had no further responses after that.
So I put another ticket in on the 14th Dec which I did get a response saying it had been resolved and to enjoy SafeTrade. I logged in and nothing had changed, so I put another ticket in the next day which I am awaiting a reply again.
UPDATE: After 2 months and quite a few ticket update requests my problem was finally resolved, I feel that the support team gets that many tickets that they get overwhelmed and it does take a while for them to get round to your case. To give credit where it is due, they did resolve the matter eventually and was professional and polite when responding.

exchange to discover been using this platform for…

I've been using this platform for several years. It's a small exchange, but it's always listened to its users, and they're in favour of decentralisation, in the spirit of satoshi.
When I've had a problem, I've always been able to contact them and it's always been resolved quickly. Currently, due to exponential growth in their user base, they have had to upgrade their servers. This upgrade is still in progress and inevitably causes friction with new users.
I recommend this platform, and I know that in a short time, they will be fully operational again.

update: The google authenticator is solved, but i would still say caution away. I went to this exchange to buy Qubic, you can only withdrawl an amount of 1000USDT of Qubic!
So my $50 of Qubic well i guess i need to sell and withdrawl as USDT (minimum amount is 2 USDT).

We apologize that you encountered difficulties in withdrawing your funds on SafeTrade. One of the cornerstones of the exchange is SAFEty and Security. Enabling your 2FA via Google Authenticator is absolutely mandatory before proceeding with a withdrawal.

This was also around the time of our long planned and highly communicated platform upgrade. Our live support on Discord and Telegram was available and responding 24 hours a day during that time.

However, that withdraw limit was just temporary because we were experiencing an explosion of volume. Please keep in mind that most major exchanges have limits higher than this anyway, so we find this a bit unreasonable. We heavily communicated that we were scaling up, and it would take time. Shortly after your post, Qubic withdraw limits were lowered to just a fraction of that, as was communicated.
