SafeBay is a toolkit for eBay sellers, built by an eBay seller. It brings together what eBay doesn't give sellers: a way to warn each other about problem buyers, plus AI and automation for the daily work of running a store. Community buyer blacklist. Since 2008, eBay hasn't let sellers leave negative feedback for buyers. On SafeBay, sellers report buyers involved in return fraud, false "item not received" claims, empty-box returns or chargebacks, with evidence. Every report is reviewed before it goes live. With the SafeBay Companion Chrome extension, approved reports can be added to your own eBay Buyer Block list, and you choose which risk levels get blocked. Buyers you block directly on eBay sync back to SafeBay. AI Listing Assistant. On eBay's own listing form, describe what you're selling and SafeBay fills in the title, item specifics, condition and description, and suggests a price based on what the item actually sold for. When it can't back up a value, it leaves the field blank instead of guessing. It can also proofread a listing you're revising and fix mistakes with one click. AI replies and automation. SafeBay can answer buyer messages and feedback with AI, using the order, the tracking and the listing. It relists stale listings on your schedule and alerts you to new orders, messages and returns. The blacklist, the Chrome extension and your first 20 AI listings are free. Paid plans start at $9.95 a month. Questions? Email support@safebay.store.
