Great course but can’t order replacement cards
The course went great but i ordered 2 cards and received only one. After 4 months of contacting them I still have only one card. At first they said there were a high volume of demand and it would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, same story. A month after that, I called again and this time i got an email saying cards were ordered under my name. I never got the 2nd card. On my ultimate attempt of contacting them, they refused to mail me a card pretexting that they already sent 3 that got lost in the mail. Like I never heard that one before. I threatened to take them to court and I was finally reimbursed for the entire course and the second card. The thing is I still want a second card and can’t get it. I would recommend to pass the exam with another website.
