Should be called ScamCasino. This place is the bottom feeder of online casinos. I have never felt as dumb gambling anywhere as I did at this place. I should have stopped as soon as it was evident that the rtp was not normal. They have no cashback. I was down over 4700$ and the incompetent VIP manager offered 100$ at a high wager requirement. I told him to keep it. This place is not designed to offer a real online gambling experience, it's there just to rip you off. The worst bonuses in the industry. A crap webiste that always freezes. I requested account closure 9 times. Not "give me a bonus or I will close my account". I mean a real "Close my account" and they are just leeches that have zero integrity. If I could rate zero I would. After spending 3 days to verify my account I was told 1-2 day for my winnings. Well it says processing. You have to ask customer service to manually add every bonus because it doesn't work automatically, even though you selected the bonus when you made your deposit!
