Poor customer service and withdrawal issues have been a significant problem for me. I have faced delays in receiving responses from customer service, with replies taking more than three days. Despite my efforts to explain a problem to the agent for two weeks, I have not received the necessary assistance in withdrawing my profits. Currently, I am unable to access my funds, and the only means of communication available is through email.

When I attempted to contact them via WhatsApp, I was simply redirected to email support, which was disappointing. This issue has tarnished what was otherwise a great trading experience with TradingView. I had planned to deposit more funds, but this problem has hindered me from doing so. As a result, I cannot recommend this service to others.

I kindly request that any concerns regarding refunds be directed to the chargeback organization listed above my name. This will help expedite the process and ensure a prompt resolution.

Peter, Tim Fisher and Sara online took advantage of my old age lured me to sell my properties into investing with this fraudulent company. I thought have lost it all when I couldn’t even login to my account with them. Please do not get involved they’re full of lies.

Please be aware they will take your money and never call you back . They are bad people. They tell you you need to send them money to get your money back . Once you send them money you will never hear from them . Just really bad people. I will post more of my story and copy all the email and expose all the names of the people involved shortly . I wrote a message today to Peter de kok who responded back to me . I was surprised he had the nerve to reply. Although he was not the 2 other traders I dealt with he answered my email.

People who are considering crypto currency stay away from Companies who don’t return calls and when they do it’s just to tell you that your money is gone.

Barry, thank you for clearing up your name and setting the facts straight from these low-life scumbags trying to post fake reviews in your name. I still question those posts from Spenda and Kevin Jones back in March. You can see their strategy back then. The circus ring leader, Raymond Gray, would acknowledge the fake reviews and reinforce the constructive comments, thus diminishing the trustworthiness of and misleading the Trustpilot site. But the dishonest scheme abruptly stopped when genuine negative reviews started to appear. They are like cancer or should I say roaches. They resurface if we don’t maintain the fight for the truth.

The Scammers at SafeCryptoWorld will never return your money, and skillfully manage to empty your back account with the promise of returning it. Please do not invest. I have lost 300,000

This is a scam. I am unable to recover the funds I have sent. Names given to me by this group are listed below. I am not sure yet how to proceed. I can see by balance in the trader app but cannot log in to access my account in order to request a transfer funds out.

Safecryptoworld has got to be the biggest scammers for bitcoin. I lost thousands of dollars and they now will not even answer my requests.If any one knows how to receive my funds please .Hope this is not flagged cause I really do need help.

They told my parents that they would help them trade and generate profit so they made a small deposit of $250 and started trading. The agent called them daily and updated them on their portfolio. He kept suggesting to them that they increase their investment to $10,000 in order to maximize their profit.

They eventually increased it to $2,500. That was two months ago. They haven't heard from the agent since then. They emailed the agent, Connor Olsen multiple times, no response.

Mind you, my parents are 76 and 81 years old. People who target old, vulnerable people are the worst.

I would not recommend working with them. There are many more reputable trading/investment companies out there.

Do your due diligence before giving your money to anyone to invest for you...Be safe out there.

I began my investment journey or rather nightmare with safe crypto world in March. They were so complementary with all kinds of flattery I thought wow what a great bunch guys.when I first called Thomas Dyer passed me on to Matthew Frost. I'm thinking what a wonderful young man extremely polite and accommodating. My deposit went from 250 us to 1000 us. They could show me on my graph just how quickly it was multiplying. Soooo Next on the stage comes along Wayne Howard another silver tongue Devil. He managed to manipulate me into putting more money in. All kinds of promises. 3rd on the stage is Warren Carter.
He manages to tip toe through my accounts and point out where i can give him money on my accounts so rapidly it made me dizzy,. You see they have you go on any desk and that way they can see everything in your accounts or anything else you give them access to. After they successfully got all the money they thought they could they said sit back and relax and watch my money come in. A day or 2 later I just about passed out when I saw a negative 50,000 balance on my graph. Matthew sent me an urgent message. Apparently they were in an emergency meeting because Elon Musk buying Twitter caused everyone to loose money even them. They know I'm a senior citizen and I was doing this to make as much money as I could for a long anticipated trip we were taking. I had used the money I had saved so far to invest with them. They said they knew the situation I was in and were working on a solution to get me my money back. I was really upset. They just said calm down were working on it. I sent an email of what I thought was going on. I sent it to Matthew Frost, wayne howard and Craig Wilson who I will mention next. WAYNE HOWARD sent me back a very nasty email, telling me they weren't my kids and didn't deserve to be talked to like I did. He didn't like my implications and that his lowest paid staff made more than what I had deposited, and they didn't need my money. I replied so you shouldn't have a problem sending me my money. I told them what goes around comes around and that the Lord looks after his own. He wrote in capital letters for me NOT TO TAKE THE LORDS NAME IN VAIN.he said that twice. Craig Wilson who is supposed to be their finance guy was the next one. He would help me get my money back I just had to give him 5000. I didnt have any money so he told me to go and figure out where I could get some and let him know later as he needed to help other people rather than waste his time on me. I called back and gave him 5000 from my dad's account that I borrowed and had to pay back right away. He said he was going to dubi and we would work on this Tuesday and get all my money back when he got back. He said this knowing he wouldn't be back. I talked to Matthew and had to give him 3300 as that's all I could scrounge up. The answer was always were working on it.,I got another call from Matthew having the gall to ask me for 2500. Of course I didn't give him any. I haven't heard back yet. So there goes my trip and every cent I had. These guys are very gifted con artists. Do yourself a favor and run as far as you can. If your one of the ones with a positive review, just give it some time like maybe a couple of months . I hope you don't get screwed over. RUN, RUN, RUN

This is a long post, in my mind it's important:
I got involved with the crypto company Safecryptoworld.com that scammed me out of around 17,395 euro’s to date. I'm 76 years old and can't afford the loss. I thought they were a responsible company only to find out their not.
I don't want to take this sitting down and just accept the loss. I want to fight so they can’t hook other senior citizens out of their hard earned money.
It starts easy I was interested to learn about Crypto currency and clicked on a ad that said they could help you get involved with Crypto, all you had to do was sign up using your name, email address, and your phone #.
The second I typed the phone # my phone rang. I was now talking to Paul Jones paul.jon@safecryptoworld He said all you have to do to join was to deposit 250us dollars into an account on their system. Seeing as how it was only 250 dollars I said what the hell and sent them the money. At this point I was assigned an account manager.
Richard Walker Richard.wal@safecryptoworld His job was to convince me that money could be made with their system but it takes more money something in the area of 5000.00 us dollars where I could work with their high-end manger Tim Fisher. When I resisted the idea in walks the so called boss Tim Fisher Tim.fi@safecryptoworld This person had me login to my new account that had the 250.00 dollars and did a demo on how easy it was to make money. He had me wait for a few seconds them he yelled buy buy buy I click on the buy button and a few second after that he yelled close close close which I did. Looking now at my account I had a balance of somewhere around 600eur’s in around 2 seconds he more than doubled my money that was impressive but forget the 5000 dollars you needed much more than that to have Tim as your account manager you needed something in the area of 200,000 Dollars. They saw I wasn’t interested in that type of investment then they thought they could double team me and in came Sean Cooper Sean.coo@safecryptoworld and Richard these guys phoned me at least 2 time every day trying to get me to invest not the 200000 but at least 15,000 dollars. In the mean time I talked to Tim again and he said he’ll make me a deal instead of the 200,000 because I’m a nice guy he will manage my account for only 5000.00 I again refused and started to think this is a scam and I told them so. Going back and forth I again thought maybe they are OK and they convinced me to deposit the 5000.00. Now in my account I had maybe 5600 Euros. Again they bring in Tim who helped me to make a few trades and lo and behold he brought my account to around 8000 Euros. Now the sales pitch again if I wanted to make real money it takes at least 25,000 dollars then Tim will take over my account and make these type of trades 3 to 4 time a week and my account within the month would be in the 100,000 Euro range.They even gave me a spreadsheet showing how much money I could make If I only invested more money. How could they removed my review/comment here? I am stating the fact and also i am warning others not to open an account to this SAFECRIPTOWORLD.COM because they are SCAMMERS! My husband deposited 130,000 CAD. but still they are not contented wants us to give them another 400,000 CAD. By the time we refused to give them the 400,000 CAD they just emptied our account balance from 130,000 to (negative) -130,000!
We have a lots of evidence i will posted it everywhere and will reported them to the authorities!

PETER, what you said here was all right. Thank you for backing me up. I will not stop until they will return all the money they scammed from us. I will post their company name and names into all the applications and report them to all countries authority website. The money that they scammed from us was just a money to be replace as we can afford it but scamming a lots of people is one of the worst thing people could do! I will never tolerate this kind of people! There big karma is coming on their way.

Does the Trust Pilot needs all the evidences right now just to unflag my first and second review here? I will send it all the copies right away.

I hope people who were scammed by this company will write a comment here to alarm others before they will invest their pensions to them.
