Agree with all reviews here do not buy this doorbell, sometimes marketed as Seeing Doorbell. Well that’s the app name. The product actually has a very good had pic and doesn’t fail on alerts to your phone. The biggest issue I have is battery only lasts about 5 days. I have now given up as charging constantly is irritating to say the least. Now taken down and replaced with a Tapo device. Do not waste your money.
Trustpilot need to have a way of doing a minus star.

Scam don't buy subscription required

Would have rated this Company as no stars if possible.
Bought in October 25 and had a problem, contacted customer services, total waste of time, eventually in January 2026 I was promised replacements which have not arrived, no replies to my emails, terrible service and the product is utter rubbish. Do not buy from this Company

Total ripoff!!! False Advertisement. Terrible customer service. Worst EVER!! Stay away from this company.

A complete scam, avoid like the plague !!
Product did not work from day one and refused a refund because the seal had been opened.
Stick with a known brand with customer support.

SAFE DOORBELL buyer beware. Theres no refunds if your not happy. In my opinion your are led to believe its a one off payment for all ! It isn't. If you want to replay, save etc. Recordings you have to pay subscritions.
In my opinion you can do alot better than Dell boy doorbells !!!

Scam company in America, should be closed down and the federal police notified of their scam company, Item does not work without Subscription but when you try and get a refund or return, they have an automated computor reply with no returns policy and once opened no return .

I reported my faulty Safe Doorbell on 7th August, well within their 30-day return period. They ignored me, so I had to submit another complaint on 14th August, which finally got a reply on the 16th.

Now they’re hiding behind their “opened packaging” refund policy — a complete scam, as you can’t even test the product without opening it!

The doorbell never worked properly, and their so-called customer service has been slow, dismissive, and dishonest.

I’ve since reported them to Trading Standards and initiated a chargeback with my bank.

This company sells unfit products and hides behind false refund terms. Don’t waste your money.

I purchased the safe doorbell in August 2025 , the bell was up and working but did require payment for a recording facility which I paid for (£35). In less than one month the doorbell failed! I had a few recordings of callers at the door. I recharged the bell and tried to get it working again! I was not successful, I tried to reset the bell and start the connection process from the start , it failed , the bell was continuously showing a flashing red light and discharging very quickly! I started dialogue with the company but got told as the seal was broken and CCTV was involved I am not entitled to a refund! A ridiculous feeling not being able to return the faulty goods and get a refund!

Avoid this product – complete waste of money.

The Safe doorbell arrived and was easy enough to set up at first. But it constantly loses connection, and when you reconnect and try to use the motion detection, you quickly realise you’ve been misled – you can’t view anything at all without paying for a subscription.

The battery barely lasts three days, and it even disconnects from the indoor chime. When you try to get a refund, they only offer 30% and refuse to take it back. Their terms and conditions state that if the box has been opened, you’ll only get 30% back.

This is nothing more than a scam.

Trying to engage in a refund with this company is painful. The speed of replies is so slow and then when the do reply they ask you the same things.

The doorbell records intermittently and some days there are no recordings. Customer Services have ignored my request for a refund and the fee for the subscription to Cloud storage has been taken twice. This product is not fit for purpose.

Just poor and not a patch on Ring , doorbell
