Leo B’s incompetence was bad enough (he couldn’t do his job) for a 1 star review but the continuous daily refund demands for almost a week deserves a negative 5 stars. Emails sent. No response. The answers from texts and calls were all just lies. Go with a vetted broker. Try Shiply to get results.

Kevin exceptional service
The agent Kevin, I worked with to transport my vehicle was amazing. He stayed in constant communication with viable updates on availability and how the process works. I was scheduled to have the shipment completed, but last minute plans stopped it. I reached out to Kevin and let him know. Kevin attempted to work with me on a different transport date, but the changes no longer required transportation at all. Kevin assisted in canceling the contract.
