Did not get a driver on the date agreed
I went with Safeeds because I saw these trustpilot reviews. It was sketchy from day one. I was not provided driver or insurance information and was asked if my cars could be picked up 3 days before our contract date. Then on that date, I could not contact Safeeds. When I finally got through it was the afternoon and there was still no driver for me I could not be guaranteed it would happen today. Just empty promises. I contacted a competitor, Corsia, to see if I could get last minute shipping. As I was talking to this other company, it became clear that Safeeds had not given me any information I needed. When I called to ask for cancellation and refund, it was refused. But he still could not get me a driver.
