Annoying credit control
You send a statement, just after sending me an invoice. You don't even spell my name correctly. The service from Darren is excellent but as a company you seem determined to upset your customers.

Sent our invoices to an incorrect email address - never once picked up the phone to ask why we weren't paying?! Once we discovered they hadn't been paid they passed us straight to a debt company that continuously harass you even though you've set up a 3 month payment plan.
