I liked this company because they were not too pushy, unlike some. They gave me the information I wanted simply, paperwork followed as they said it would. I paid a deposit and am doing the rest on interest free credit, and good price for the plan. Lets hope it all works out when its needed! Not too soon thought!.

The Staff were very helpful and considerate. Made the whole process very easy to do and gives you peace of mind. This fix price funeral plans are very good idea when you are not planning to die for the next 30 years but then you never know for sure so it is a good idea to plan ahead of time and get to days prices fix for the future.

Verging on harassment
Received friendly, helpful call which was followed up by online information and details of options available.
Far too many calls were then received nearly to point of harassment as I had made of point of stating quite clearly when was a good time to contact me.
Price was comparable to others and follow up was handled well.
Very delicate and stressful to discuss but package was what was needed and happy to have arrangements made to ease cost/plans during grief.

We are still looking into this as this is not in line with company policy but from our initial investigation, we believe the additional calls were made due to human error and a failure to update our systems correctly. Whilst this is an isolated incident, we want to ensure that it does not happen in the future, so we have highlighted some technical systems training which is currently being implemented and this will eradicate any further duplicate calls from being made.

We are truly sorry Mr Joyner for this error and we appreciate your humorous view on the matter! We delayed our reply in order to offer some kind of explanation. Let's be honest, not only is it bad practice but I'd be a little perturbed that we couldn't get that simple aspect correct at this stage, hence, our investigation into how this occurred.
Ironically, it was due to a question mark (?) being placed manually on our internal documentation by our compliance department whilst processing the paperwork in order to denote that the spelling of your surname is checked to ensure it is spelt correctly! Unfortunately, this written note also suggested how your name may be spelt, which was interpreted incorrectly as the correct spelling.
Nevertheless, mistakes like this should not occur but we're all fallible and they do happen from time to time, unfortunately.
We have adjusted our records accordingly and we would like to thank you for your understanding on the matter your view on the matter. Thank you for your candid review of our services and if you would like to speak to our admin team at any stage, please call us on 0800 917 7099.

Easy to set up for both myself and my wife. I had been thinking of doing a prepaid funeral plan when I came across "Safe Hands Funeral Plans". Theirs appeared to be the best plan for what I was looking for. We encountered no problems setting up, and staff were very helpful.
