Lost my mould and advised me to send it recorded next time out of my own pocket rather than there own postage that’s meant to be included. Website is also misleading about delivery times. Got refunded and used a competitor with far better service.

Instead you requested a refund and we issued this the same day, absorbing the loss of the impression kit and initial postal.

VERY slow
Posted my impression kit back 11 days ago and was told it could be 10 working days before it even gets into the lab and I get confirmation of this, I expected for the cost of the item this would be quicker. Still awaiting confirmation they even have it.

Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money, ordered two gum shields and a case. Only one gum shield got delivered and wasn’t even sealed properly (not very hygienic) and the case was bashed.
Disappointed as this was my first order from safejawz and the last.

This an excellent product and I’m really impressed. I bought an off the shelf shield for boxing it actually moved a lot, didn’t hold in place and nicked a frenulum in my mouth. The Safejawz locks perfectly in place. Cant recommend enough and would definitely buy again. The custom shield is worth every penny.

I’d just just like to say a massive thank you to Heather at Safejawz who has gone above and beyond for myself when ordering a new mouthguard, I had a request to make and she answered every last question and made sure everything was sorted.
I’d honestly say I’ve bought two mouth guards from Safejawz now and I wouldn’t go to any other company than them for there amazing standards of work.

I would not recommend Safejawz
I would not recommend Safejawz. Their website was very misleading in terms of delivery timescales (only once an order has been placed do they then realign your expectations) and the colour of the product was nothing like how it appeared on-screen (see profile pic) - far from ideal when buyers are looking to match their mouth guards with their team colours. Their Customer Service Team made no attempt to alleviate any concerns raised. Not impressed.
