Misleading at best.

I left genuine negative feedback for a trader that they refused to post. You will struggle to find anyone on there without a 9 or 10 for every job they've done. I avoid anyone that claims membership of this scheme. Very misleading.

The point of a feedback service is so…

The point of a feedback service is so that people can leave their feedback. I left a fair and honest review and you removed it. Quite concerning really. Look at all the trades men’s reviews, they’re all virtually 10 out of 10. It’s because they remove negative reviews. And it seems it has been happening for years looking at previous reviews on here.

Not trustworthy.

Safe local trades refuse to publish negative comments. I've had traders not respond to enquiries, turn up assess the work never to be heard from again, or agree to do work but not turn up. I'm surprised the earlier comments are still here as similar reviews on other sites have been all removed. I have also posted positive reviews on their site which do not meet their conditions, they had no problem with that.

You are doing your reliable members no favours by associating them with the dross.
Trustpilot, when you have bad reviews all saying the same there must be some truth in them.

Very misleading

August/September last year we had our driveway improved and found Abel lay drives (Nicolas Purkis) on the safe local trades website.

Everything started off okay but then after paying over £12,000 Nick suddenly had a lack of interest in our job. There are loose blocks, a drain that needs fitting as well as turf that was all promised to be fixed but all that we have been given is empty promises and down right lies.

We have left a views for others on the safe local trades website but they appear to only show positive reviews, I'm guessing because they make money from these companies.

Be very cautious and do your research or get your fingers burnt.
