I have paid for a product and was told…

I paid for a product and was told I would receive confirmation and tracking in a few days, but after almost two weeks of emailing the company I had no reply. But I now have finally received a reply that the product has been shipped; perhaps the virus was to blame for the delays. My issue was that I had sent many inquiries that went unanswered because the link would not allow me to change my password. I think I was very patient, but I don’t blame no one in particular. I’m happy now and will purchase again from this company. James Seidle
