Deposit asked before registration
First of all, they ask you to make a deposit before you can register, this is really shady. The deposit was really small so I did it anyway (stupid me), then when I try to register it's stuck on GPS verification, then it displays an error and ask me to continue on "another" web browser, but there is no link. After this I checked REAL reviews and feedbacks of Safepal users and it's scary. Luckily I didn't deposit much there.

Good hardware wallets
Their hardware wallets are very good and very reliable. Holding my crypto on it for more than 2 years now. Almost every coin is supported. Also software is updated on regular basis. No issues I faced till now. Support team is also good.

Scammers are using this app although it may work well for people.
Scammers are using this app to steal money in your account. They take the most popular crypto exchange and then ask if you had been hacked. If you think you have, then call the number. If you are not on the exchange anymore, they will say it’s your current exchange.
They will walk you through the procedures to guard your account first so they can do an investigation.
They will tell you to screenshot the seed list and paste it into the wallet and hit the transfer button.
There should be warnings about this scam on the App Store sites. Only my exchange had warnings and they caught the scam before any transfer.
For people who are new to the crypto world, it is a very dangerous situation. The robbers sound like real security people. This app makes their job easy.
Put them out of business with lots of warnings!

SafePal piece of crap
SafePal is so secure, it protects its owners from accessing their own funds.
I ordered the S1 wallet a year ago, set it up, saved the seed phrases, and left the wallet alone, occasionally turning it on and charging the device. When I needed to make a transaction, the wallet wouldn’t turn on. Support suggested “keeping the device on charge for 24 hours.” I followed the instructions, and after 24 hours the device reset and threw an error.
They immediately responded and said they would replace the device without any problem. After 7 days, I received the new unit. And when I entered my seed phrases — A BRAND NEW WALLET WITH ZERO BALANCE was created for me!!! I triple-checked the seed phrases, reset it, and set it up again. The result was always the same — a different wallet with a zero balance.
When I reached out again, support sent me a generic reply with a link to an article saying I must have done something wrong. Almost desperate to recover my funds, a friend suggested trying the seed phrases in a different wallet — and MIRACLE: my actual balance loaded, and I was able to withdraw and save my money.
Avoid this product (a piece of crap) that will screw you out of your funds. Worst experience ever, worst device ever.

An unsafe wallet.
I opened my own Safepal wallet. I deposited funds in to this wallet myself. I have NEVER given my seed phrase, or any other information about this wallet to anyone. Now my funds are gone. So much for Safepal being safe. IT IS NOT SAFE. I don't recommend anyone to use it.
