I purchased a SafeSleeve case because I liked the concept and was willing to pay the higher price if the product delivered as advertised. While I can't say whether its protective claims worked or not, the case itself held up poorly. After only about 8 months of normal use, a metal bar came loose from the frame, making the case unusable as it would snag on clothing and stab into fingers, etc. I contacted customer support, provided photos, and was ultimately ghosted after two exchanges. For a premium-priced case, getting only 8 months of usable life is unacceptable. 1 star—the case was fine initially, but the durability and customer service experience were disappointing. I replaced it with a different brand.

Got universal radiation/EMF sleeves for our iPads (9th Generation). We love them except for 1 thing. Our iPads get VERY WARM when charging when in the sleeve. We have to remove them from the sleeve. Wish they could make them so they are BREATHABLE!

I bought a safe sleeve for my promax phone with the removable feature. It attaches to the case magnetically. For 2 months my phone keeps detaching from the case and dropping on the floor. It is getting damaged.

Manufacturer error, poor quality, great and possibly permanent damage to the phone. It cost me over 70$. The old non safesleeve case worked much better and cost 25$

Great product. Ordered wrong item and return and refund were done well. My only complaint )which I didn’t take a star off for) is the order page. There should be a more demonstrative verification of the exact model that was ordered. I ordered the general size for my iPhone thinking it fit all of the phones in the list. Yes my problem not really paying attention because the items were all printed in small font. But this is the second time I did this. It would make it easier if after the selection, in larger font, a verification stating “You are purchasing the SafeSleeve that fits the iPhone 15 Pro Max.” And one has to hit “agree”. It forces the buyer to verify their purchase in a simple large bold font. It will help, not only the buyer but SafeSleeve as well by not having to process so many exchanges.

Ordered the case that their website said would fit my phone, but it did not fit--not even close. Had to communicate with customer service a few times to get the return instructions. It has been one month since they got it back, and I still don't have my refund.

I had a problem with the strap on my SafeSleeve product. I called and sent a picture of the problem and they agreed to replace my defective product for a minimal cost of shipping plus an upgrade at cost. I am very happy with the way they handled my issue.

Purchased a second time from SafeSleeve and accidentally ordered the wrong case for my new phone. They took back the product without a fuss and refunded the money for that one. The new case fits perfectly and offers protection from the phone radiation, and that gives me peace of mind.

What made my experience great was several things. Not only did I receive responses within 24 hours of each inquiry, but the support person clearly had read each message closely and responded with exactly the info I needed, no more or less. And because the subjects were more complex than I realized, I especially appreciated that she included pieces I wouldn't even have known to ask about. I now use my devices differently given the deeper understanding provided, and feel more ease and confidence in protecting my health with the support I received from the SafeSleeve team.

After I received a phone case that was missing a magnet for proper closure on one side, I called customer service and left a message explaining my issue. The next morning a delightful representative, MJ, returned my call eager to help! She was very kind, patient, and thoughtfully came up with a wonderful solution! The cell phone cover seemed well made with the exception of the magnet area. My iphone would not stay in place on the magnet where there was to much wiggle room for my phone. I love my safe sleeve, detached case! I bought it as a gift for myself for the radiation protection. Very pleased with the quality and so happy it is still thin enough to fit in my back pocket. Customer service was really phenomenal. It’s my experience with their customer service that really made me willing to write a review which I usually don’t do!

I love the products and they have great customer service

I already have a safe sleeve for my Iphone and it is great. The headphones didn't workout with my older model Iphone and the company refunded me instead of having me send them back (which I offered to do). Clear communication and great service. I'm going to gift them to a friend with a newer iphone to enjoy them. Thank you!
