You advertise with fake reviews, premium products, and reliable support.
The reality looks completely different.
When I bought a product as a test, which was only valid for one day, it didn't work.
After I contacted support, I didn't get a reply for 2 hours.
Their help consisted of "restart the PC" and "have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?"
The people there aren't knowledgeable; in part, they asked the same question twice.
Replies were fundamentally always very late.
All in all, very poor support. And a refund was rejected because it was supposedly my problem and not theirs.

DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR RATINGS!
I purchased a key from them but never received anything in my email — not even in my junk or spam folders. While they often respond with “check your spam,” as I mentioned, nothing was ever delivered. I had to open a support ticket and wait for a response, which took quite a while. When I finally got access, the product itself didn’t work. I followed every troubleshooting step they recommended, only for them to later admit that their product wasn’t updated with the latest game patch, so they took it down.
Despite all this, I didn’t write a review at first. But after seeing this announcement from Hadrian in their Discord server, I felt it was necessary to share my experience and show how unfair this system really is:
“Hadrian: As there [are] too many low-quality reviews coming in, such as multiple of these presumably coming from people not checking spam and making poor assumptions/judgments — any reviews of this nature will lead to the associated key being banned until removal of slander, no matter if done in good faith or not.”
So basically, they threaten customers into giving only positive feedback. They want to control how people rate their products instead of allowing honest opinions. They only want five-star reviews, even when their products don’t work or aren’t up to standard.
