I have waited more than a year for my stable door caps for over the hinges, after constant sent messages to the contact 'Jamie' and just being ignored. The initial set up wasn't great either, with one... See more

Fantastic service especially from the fitters, they explained everything they were doing and what each step was, I knew exactly what was happening and it was very satisfying knowing what was going on, the fitters were very polite and delivered a clean service making very little mess with great efficiency well impressed

When I decided to change my front door, I chose Safestyle. I had one of their agents call and arranged a time to come out and discuss what I was looking for. He was such a nice man. The one thing was he let me tell him what I was looking for, he didn’t try to point me away from my choice and that was such an important thing for me. I didn’t have to wait weeks on end either which was great. The guy who came to fit it was really nice, he got in with the job, no hanging around drinking tea and chatting on his mobile. All in all really brilliant from start to finish.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience with Safestyle. A 2 day fitting job has taken a week and is still not finished. The wrong items have been sent and the damage to my walls is unacceptable. The fitters are rude and turned up 5 hours late today.
UPDATE: they forced me to sign a satisfaction report saying that they would then compensate me financially for the damage. They have NOT compensated me and are no longer responding to emails. They are a FRAUDULENT company - avoid at all costs.

Have used this company three times before, but they have been taken over by Anglia Windows and the service was awful. Job cancelled three times, the first two times they didn't tell me until half way through the morning that they were supposed to be there, so furniture moved, curtains taken down and dog put in kennels for the day. No one contacted me to rearrange the fittings, I had to phone the office repeatedly. On the third time they did at least phone the afternoon before they were due so I could cancel the kennels. After the third cancellation I threatened to cancel the contract. By the time they arrived to do the job the scaffolding they were supposed to use had been taken back by Travis Perkins. The men who finally fitted the windows were brilliant, and the windows look good. The arrangements were very badly handled.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I saved for eight years to be able to replace my windows, going without each month to afford this investment in my home. Unfortunately, the experience with Safestyle has been extremely distressing.
The windows were installed so poorly that they are unsafe. Three windows have failed to open properly, and my front door has visible gaps large enough to put my finger through. This is completely unacceptable for a company claiming professional installation.
I waited five months for two windows that would not close to be replaced, leaving my home insecure throughout winter and over Christmas. During that time, someone could easily have forced entry.
When replacements were finally installed, one of the new windows failed again almost immediately.
The warranty has proven meaningless, with long delays and ongoing unresolved faults. After spending years saving for this work, I am left with unsafe windows, stress, and ongoing issues.
I strongly advise others not to use this company.

Excellent communication and thoughtful professional service from both Stuart and Simon. Highly recommend this company as the product is amazing and looks beautiful now it's installed. Thank you Stuart for sorting put the issues and your thorough explanations.

I am extremely disappointed with Safestyle Windows and Doors.
I ordered a door in November, and after months of waiting, the installation was finally scheduled for February. I had to book annual leave from work specifically for this appointment, as Safestyle advised the fitter would arrive between 8am and 9am.
At 8:50am on the day of installation, I received a call telling me the fitter could no longer make it. This meant rearranging for another date, requiring me to take yet another day off work.
When they finally did attend, they arrived with a damaged door and expected me to wait an additional three weeks for a replacement. After already waiting since November and sacrificing two days of annual leave, this is completely unacceptable.
The lack of organisation, communication, and basic quality control is shocking. Customers should not have to bear the cost of repeated scheduling failures and damaged products.
At this stage, I have lost confidence in Safestyle’s ability to deliver what was promised.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I only needed one Window, only positive from this experience was the sales person arrived on time. I said I didn’t want the whole sales patter as it’s take 45 minutes and I only needed one simple white window.
Salesperson took a call whilst taking to me and stayed on the phone 5 mins
Then allegedly was locked out of his account, so couldn't do the design, so he left telling me he would call me later with a price or email me and hasn’t bothered to do either.
I was perfectly honest when I made the appointment that it was for one Window, clearly he felt it was a waste of his time!
What a shoddy service all round

We had a sales call today after booking a survey (we were expecting a visit) to talk crap for an HOUR to then tell us a new UPVC front door cost £4500 😮 miraculously reduced it to 1800. We decided to go elsewhere!

Safestyle rep wanted me to pay a deposit without giving me anything in writing, this felt like a massive scam

As only just ordered I can only comment on service to this point
I found the quote process very thorough, competative, attentive to needs and very accommodating
No complaints when I requested multiple changes once quote was delivered
Very pleased so far

I had a lovely lady called Mel visit me, she took the measurements and got me a quote, she tried her best to accommodate me. Unfortunately I the price was too high and I do not want to pay monthly, I would have loved to have given her an order.
Well done Mel you were brilliant.
Kind regards
Sheila

THANK GOD I ONLY GOT A QUOTE FROM THEM AND NOTHING FURTHER I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED LAST SUNDAY AT 11 AM AND NO ONE SHOWED UP ONCE I FOLLOWED UP.ON PHONE WAS TOLD THE LOCAL OFFICE COULD NOT BE INFORMED. AND NECT APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THIS TUESDAY 17TH FEB 2026. AN OLDER GENTLEMEN CALLED BEN CAME TO MEASURE UP MADE TALL CLAIMS AND SPENT OVER 1 HOUR 30 MINS. THEY SENT ME A QUOTATION FOR 12K FOR 8 WINDOWS AND 1 COMPOSITE DOOR. AND THEN STARTED THE SAGA OF PUSH SALES FROM BEN HE WANTED ME TO MAKE A DECISION THEN AND THERE AND MAKE A 15% DEPOSIT. I HAD ALREADY INFORMED HIM CATEGORICALLY THAT I AM LEAVING WITH FAMILY TO LONDON AND HE REFUSED TO LEAVE DELAYING US SO MUCH. HE DID CALL HIS BOSS IN THIS TIME AND TOLD US WE CAN HAVE £1000 OFF IF WE PAY 15% DEPOSIT. WHICH I DECLINED THEN AND THERE. SINCE TODAY MORNING THREATNENING BEHAVIOUR AND PUSH SALE CONTINUED AND I INFORMED BEN I WOULD LOOK AT OTHER QUOTES AND REVERT. THEN AN HOUR LATER HOT ANOTHER CALL FROM BEN'S MANAGER AND HE STARTED BY SAYING WE AGREED ON THE PRICE TO WHICH I COUNTERED I NEVER AGREED OM ANYTHING AND THEN HE STARTED PRESSING FURTHER. I COUNTERED HIM BY SAYING I WILL NOT BE GOING FORWARD WITH SAFESTYLE FOR THE JOB AND HE WANTED TO ARGUE FOR A REASON AFTER WHICH I TOLD HIM NOT TO CALL ME AND HUNG UP. THIS PRESSURE SALES TACTIC AND LINE OF REVIEWS THEY CARRY ON TRUSTPILOT IS THE REAL STORY EVERY CUSTOMER HAS HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE..... STAY AWAY AND STAY SAFE. NOTHING THEY SAY OR DO IS CONSISTENT AT ALL

Vijay arrived promptly and explained all my options regarding a new front door. Was able to help me out with the price. Also have a date not too far in the future to have the door installed. Great experience not too much waffle.

We are extremely disappointed with the aftercare service from Safestyle
Following the installation of our new windows and doors (costing over £17,000), we have been left with £1,800 worth of damage to our specialist render. The operatives attempted to carry out sand and cement repairs in the rain, which resulted in the material not setting properly. It has since run down the front of our property and over the front windows, leaving the house in an appalling state.
This situation should never have happened. With proper care and attention during the installation and remedial works, the damage could have been avoided entirely.
To resolve the matter, Safestyle have offered £250, which they consider “fair and reasonable.” We fail to understand how £250 can be viewed as reasonable when the actual cost to repair the damage is £1,800. The offer does not come close to covering the remedial work required and feels dismissive of the scale of the issue.
The installation itself may have been satisfactory, but the aftercare and handling of this problem has been extremely poor. We expected far better service and accountability from a company of this size.
Very disappointed.

Asked for a quote a front door & back door.
Visit was nice enough, very friendly, very chatty. However did not quote for back door at all, even though I saw it on the notes in his hand.
Quoted almost over £4k for a front door and fitting, which was way above what I expected. This was within 5 mins discounted to £2200. This threw me a bit and said I will make a decision later.
I did not call back, and I received a call a week later, now offering me the door for £1500. I rejected the offer.
I understand they have a business to run, and money/profits are key, however if agreed to the door on the first quote, I would have been overcharged on a door by almost £3000. I lost trust and could no way go along with purchase from Safestyle. If they are prepared to try and hookwink you in to paying over the odds for a door, then would the 10 year guarantees on the door/glass/locks be worth the paper they are written on.
