I employed Safesure to swap a working 15 year old Worcester Bosch boiler with a top of the range Ideal Vogue boiler with a Halo wifi smart interface.

As Safesure are Max Accredited Installers the boiler comes with a 12 year manufacturers warranty, as long as T&C’s are followed.

I was very precise with my location requirements, which were followed to the letter, as the new boiler was slightly wider so needed an offset to one side. Nothing was skimped, as the existing radiators were flushed using a MagnaCleanse® system flushing machine, which took hours. The whole job took two men two days.

No doubt I could have got the job done cheaper and in half the time but quality and attention to detail comes at a price so Safesure Heating and Plumbing has my full recommendation.

DO NOT OFFER THIS MAN PLUMBING JOB, HE IS A TOTAL QUACK.
I called this man to come and install brand new toilet in my home. He charges all needed but could not get the job down . it took him more than a month to install toilet. he has to contact his brother to help him out.
After installation, the sink start licking and the toilet blocked. I called him to come and fixed it and he came to say I should use chemicals. He totally ignored the lick from the sink. This man should not be doing this job. he is not feet to do the job. i have to call another plumber to complete the job.

I have used Safesure for work carried out on a number of occasions. To mind, a full bathrom refurb at my fathers house where the quote was honoured even though met with complications. A boiler relocate and service in my own property, and a complete bathroom install at my own property. The guys were professional throughout each job, but also trustworthy as I had to leave the house on multiple occasions. The quality of the finish is exceptional and I will be calling Tom or Ollie back for other jobs I need doing.

The guys at Safesure Plumbing are just brilliant. They recently refurbished our bathroom, taking out the bath and replacing it with a shower. The job was done most efficiently, we were informed every day what was to be done. I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars.
