This product turned out to be amazing and just right for my newly installed steps.

I'm not good with computers. I needed various sizes cut for my particular needs on the steps up to my flat. Dean was great to deal with and advised me. I was also sent a helpful video about laying the covers by a lady I spoke to. Sorry I can't recall her name. It's been easy. It's been straightforward and most of all it's been very pleasant to speak to human beings. If I'd had to try to place my order by computer only, then it would not have happened and I'd still have the problems with my steps. Sometimes the old fashioned method of talking to a human being is just BETTER.

Used their non-slip step edge grips on several outside steps over the past few years. This time I was attaching to concrete step edges and used their supplied adhesive rather than screws Very easy to apply and adheres very strongly.

Your excellent grippers have greatly improved the safety of our hardwood sleeper steps. They were delivered promptly and fully as described

I'm very pleased with the strips and nosings which were delivered quickly. I've just fitted them and, a small but important detail, it was nice to find that the stainless steel screws are good quality.

Easy to order and understand measurements and colours. Able to order free sample. All strips came with pre-drilled holes and screws. Able to speak to somebody on the phone. Product is excellent quality.

I bought some Copydec sheets to make a safe walkway for my disabled husband and my dogs across treacherous decking that faces north so in soggy shade most of the winter. That was nearly 7 years ago and it still works brilliantly in spite of the dogs' toenails! I can walk on it even when it's covered in frost. I have bought 2 more big sheets for another area of the decking and as before they arrived very quickly and when asked about the expected delivery time a kind person actually went to see if they were being cut for me at that very moment! I rarely write reviews but this firm is exceptionally good.
