Hi Matt. Apologies, we don't check our reviews regularly and hadn't seen this one I'm afraid. Unfortunately, although your order was promptly dispatched, there was a one week delay with An Post as your order was held up at their Portlaoise depot. The item was then confirmed as delivered on the day you posted your review, we had not received any email querying the delay prior to this, if we had, we could hopefully have put your mind at ease. We do state on our website that we use standard post but we are always happy to use an overnight delivery service for urgent orders. All the best, Brian.
