My partner has returned 2 pairs of trainers as they were uncomfortable. However has kept another pair that he is happy with.
He has contacted numerous times regarding his returns and refund and had no luck getting this matter resolved. It’s been 3 weeks now and he is out of pocket over £100 which is not acceptable
Shocking for communication order some safety boots not very comfortable I work long hours so I want to return them. I’ve sent five emails asking for the returns label as they stay on their website and no communication. I’d stay away clear if I was you guys.
Hello, I see that customer support is only working to respond to reviews. I received a response to my review the same day, but I've been waiting since June 26th to resolve the return issue and still haven't received any response. How long do I have to wait?

So it might seem strange I’m writing a review of a company yet don’t own one of their products but this is also the other side of companies that maybe go unrecognised.
I ordered a pair of safety shoes on the largest size they done 11.5 as that’s my normal size. They arrived quickly enough however when I tried them they were too small. I contacted them to ask about returns and Damian got back to me again quickly with a code and where to post them.
I done this and again quickly was advised they had received them and a refund was issued! Checked my account after a few days and no refund so contacted Damian again and he advised to give it another few days, which I did and the money was in this morning!
I never write reviews however bigger companies would do well to follow their customer service.
Just to add, if your thinking about a pair get a size bigger than you need but you won’t be disappointed by the quality!
