Love the wallet and can’t fault it at all, shame it took a while to get posted out to me, also I had no reply after I reached out to safe wallet to ask if my wallet had been posted out as took almost 2 weeks till I received it!

Regarding your wallet delivery, I can see here you ordered on the 29th of April and received your wallet on the 7th of May, which is 5 working days after you placed your order (May 3rd was a bank holiday). Our stated delivery timeframe is 5-7 working days. Hopefully you understand that for a Bank Holiday weekend, we were indeed quite quick to get your order to you!

We state a delivery timeframe of 5-7 working days and sometimes either ourselves or our delivery partners experience delays. I can see you contacted our team via email at 16:31 on Monday 26 April enquiring about shipping and you emailed our team again the next day (27 April) at 11:11. As much as we'd like to reply to customers after our closing hours, we are a small business and don't have the manpower to do this. We however replied to your emails on the 27th at 13:00, 21 hours following your first email, and less than 2 hours following your second one. In our reply, we asked you to wait 2-4 working days for your order to arrive. We know that the times call for quicker and better customer service and we are proud that we are able to provide this to our customers. We use reviews like yours in order to further improve our services. I can assure you that your wallet is in transit indeed and will be arriving shortly. I will ask a member of our team to reach out to you as soon as possible.
