I usually do not write reviews, but I wanted to thank Saffron Guru for all the help they have given me over the years.
I have been with them for almost a decade now, and they have helped me many times with my computer, printer, phone, internet, and other problems. There was almost a time when I got caught up in a fake Amazon scam. Something did not feel right, so I called Saffron Guru. They quickly told me what to do, had me turn off the computer while the other people were still connected, cleaned everything up, and helped put protection on my computer so something like that would not happen again.
Recently, my computer had a serious problem and kept showing a blue screen. They even sent me a pen drive with some kind of recovery tool on it. With their help, and after almost two days of working on it, they were finally able to reset the computer and get it working again.
They have also helped me when I had to deal with my internet company. I am very thankful for their patience and for the way they stay with the problem until it is fixed.
I have referred a couple of friends from my church to them as well. Thank you, Saffron Guru. I truly appreciate your help and support.
