Jan 16th, ordered work boots (that I needed in a timely manner), and on Jan 21st (5 days!) got an email saying sorry vendor is out of stock (are they drop shipping???) and we DELETED (not just refunded) your order and you know if you have a problem with the refund, contact your bank! Wow!! They could have easily just sold me the replacement style that is virtually identical, just newer!!! Worst sales and customer service ever! I ordered direct form Ariat!
