After contacting a customer service rep they were able to send me a link for the missing part (lost in a move) and it was easy to order replacement.

DO NOT ORDER. This is a scam!! The positive reviews must be fake. I ordered on Dec 19th and never received the bar and mat. I emailed them and they said I probably bought from a fake website and to forward my order info to them. I did that and asked to confirm either way so I would know. I received an email back about 5mn after I sent it saying to “feel free to find a way to get a refund”. That’s not the way a legitimate business would respond.

Honestly. The gynastics set I got for my grand daughter was perfect. She picked it out herself. Of course I was skeptical at first but when it arrived and it was put together the smile on her face was the best present I could of asked for. It is study. Thr metal latches creek a lil but that it. I did think the mat would have been thicker but overall she is happy. I love that we can adjust it and it's not oo big and we can fold it up for easy storage. I'm happy she's happy and that's all that matters to me! Thank you SallyFun

Got it in time and its a good product that my grandchildren uses daily!

Terrible return policy

I have emailed multiple times without a response. I needed to cancel my order which I emailed about right after it was placed, before it shipped. Never a reply. Emailed again about returning the item, no reply. Finally got an answer through the chat box (although sometimes days in between replies) at which point I was told I could return but given no return label and that I had to pay for shipping…which is the same price I paid for this product! Never order from this company.

When I received the gymnastics bar and mat I could not put it together because the bars are bent. We could not put it together because of this. How do we replace this?

I'm hoping to change my review as soon as we receive the missing parts from my order .
I ordered the gymnastics bar and Mat and my granddaughter was thrilled only to find that none of the screws or tools were included ! Major disappointment !
The company did respond promptly that they would be shipped to us . Just waiting to see if they arrive .

Item is exactly as described. Looks to be good quality, easy to assemble and perfect for our home.

I purchased my order over a week ago and I have yet to receive my order. I was told due to logistics. This is unacceptable. In the listing comments state the process of delivering my order states may take 2-3 days to process and then delivery. I am hoping to get my order by 12/20 due to this is my granddaughter Christmas Present. Very little communication. And I still do not know when my order will arrive.

Currently at a 1 star. Have not received my order after weeks and concerned it is not coming for Christmas. Customer service keeps telling me they "urge me to be rest assured". They will not respond to emails but someone will chat you within 2-6 hours and tell you to essentially calm down. Now reading other people in the last 1-5 days are having issues so not feeling "assured" this is coming. Very expensive gift to have lost somewhere with no plan. I will update my review if I receive.

Excited for my girls to find this present on Christmas morning. One star missing for confusing communication and unreported delays (only a few days). Overall a good experience and a good product

Still have not received my order

I received a request to provide a review of my delivery experience before the product was actually delivered; therefore it is a one-star review at this point.

I have tried to email 2 times. I ordered the wrong set and want to order the bars for bigger kids. But I’ve gotten no response on how to cancel this order or exchange it.

Delivery was fine and on time.
I can't yet comment on the product as it will not be opened until Christmas day.

Our grandchildren will be happy!
