I recently bought all 4 saga cuffs and had some questions.. I emailed them an got a response from Micheal. He actually gave me his own # am told me to call him anytime. I read all the info and listened to the podcasts but Micheal gave me all the answered I needed and also gave me some new ideas about wearing them while walking and gave the benefits! I was really happy about the awesome service and knowledge he shared with me. I’m 12 weeks post op from a hip replacement and I can’t believe how big my atrophied post surgery noodle leg has gotten from using these cuffs. My joints aren’t sore cuz I’m using way less weight. I love them!

I placed an order with Saga Fitness for BFR cuffs, but the products were never delivered. Despite contacting their support team several times, I only received vague assurances that my order would arrive soon, yet nothing ever did (2 months wait).

I tried to give the company multiple chances to resolve the issue, but communication remained unclear and unhelpful. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I CANNOT recommend purchasing from them.

A total SCAM!

Ordered the BFR cuffs after researching about them. There was a problem with the order so made contact to customer service. Customer service never got back to me.

I ordered the wrong cuffs by mistake, and had to reach out to the support team to correct this. Initially, the customer service was great as they helped me understand what I needed to do to get a refund. They suggested I ordered the cuffs i wanted while returning the cuffs ordered by mistake, after which point they would refund my original order.

It's been a month after the cuffs have been returned and I've been ghosted with respect to a refund. The cuffs, for what it's worth, are genuinely very good, which is what makes the awful customer service so disappointing.
Losing circa £200 after previously being promised a refund means I cannot recommend this in good faith to anyone.

Ordered BFR Cuff Bundle - one pair of arm cuffs and one pair of leg cuffs. Only one pair arrived. No attempt to tell me when the missing pair would arrive despite repeated emails over two week time period. No offer refund. No customer service number -- just a bot to waste more of the customers time. Non existent customer service. On the positive side the cuff did work as advertised.
