Excellent experience, as always. I get to talk to real people in the UK, customer service is attentive and knowledgeable. No waiting in long queues, I get a good product for a fair price and the satisfaction of knowing that the profits of the company are being put to good use.

The application form for a quote was very straightforward and as I had an application that invoved contacting customer services I phoned and my query was dealt with very pleasantly. Someone phoned back with the answer quickly and I was able to set up the buildings and contents insurance on a 10 monthly payment plan , no interest payable.

Technology makes things much easier
My policy needed updating. You contacted me in plenty of time and were very clear and precise about all the information you needed. This was very helpful as I live abroad and have a friend managing the property for me. I needed to give my friend some time as he was initially on holiday and couldn’t reply immediately.
I was very pleased that I could pay online. This was not possible before and was a headache for me as I couldn’t reliably send a cheque through the post from China.
By using email to contact me and being able to pay online this year everything was easy to manage! Thank you!
