PSA: If you’re booking Sagrada Família tickets, make sure you use the official site (sagradafamilia.org). I accidentally booked through this site sagradafamiliatickets.org and paid triple ($86 instead of $26)- I wish i had checked with Chatgpt before I paid.

The website is nearly the same as the original website but they charge you 44€ instead of 26€ and as soon as you get your original tickets you see that you paid nearly double.

The website gives the impression that it is the official ticket seller, but this is not the case. I ended up paying significantly more than the official price, without this being clearly stated. Customer service only responded with standard automated replies, clearly generated by a bot.

Please do not use this website for purchasing tickets.

It´s a scam!!!! They sell the tickets for nearly double price! The ticket cost 26 eur, but they sell for 39.99 eur. For children under 11 it´s free, but they sell it for 11+ eur! They also don´t issue tickets directly. You need to wait for the tickets. The ticket to Guell park they sell for 19.99 you can buy it for 10 eur! Also messing up with times! I´ve booked for 16:30 they sent me tickets for 17:30! Their website sagradafamilia-tickets.org must be blocked!!!

Worst misleading scam place. They appear as the official website for booking tickets and add a huge markup fee for no additional benefit. There's no way to cancel the ticket, and customer support didn't respond to my refund request.

Avoid avoid avoid.. ticket-sagradsfamilia.cim is a scam company based in Estonia. They take your money then don't send you a confirmation with ticket. Then when you finally track them down. Say they sent ticket and no refund. All the tickets offices around the church said they are inundated with people caught out by them. Avoid and report to police SCAMMERS

Security scanning worst ever. Looked in our backpack We ask why, staff We Dont speak English, just laughing, talking at os in Spanish. Change how to buy tickets payed for 3 only 2🤬 dident see the second email before we got to our hotel🤬 remember to tjek email.

These guys are Scammers ! DO NOT BUY from these crooks.. charged my credit card and did not receive tickets.. They do not respond to emails... horrible !!!

A complete deception. I feel completed suckered and nauseous and sick to my stomach that I fell for this. These sleezeballs have completely ruined my day.

It's made to look official (except in the fine print nobody reads) and has a .org to complete the scam. If it's a .org where does the money go? Or is that part of the deception?

Tickets arrived but I can't even tell if they're official (even their email says tickets aren't official) but what I do know is they charged 2x for zero additional benefits. They survive based on a deception.

I ordered 2 tickets hours ago and they are still not achieved. Moreover I discovered that several users have been scammed and they have never received the tickets. I am going to notify the site to the authorities

After calling the official box office, we learned that they are currently in a legal battle with them.

We have got boocked and payed and 2 days later we received a mail to tel us the boocked hour was not available any more .... They did'nt purpose to get teh money back
