Sanctuary in the city!

Sahara Studio is a sanctuary of well-being for all. A cosy community with warmth, open-heartedness, fun and positivity! I value it so much and am so thankful I found Lindsey and the treasures that Sahara Studio (formerly Little Egypt) has to offer for many years now.

Amazingly warm & welcoming space to learn & grow in community

Ive attended various events over the years at Sahara Studio. There is an energy there that is very special there. I feel community/support/fun & owner Lindsey runs it very professionally & is full of so much experience in making the space safe/warm & with a touch of sparkle. Im now attending Lindseys bellydance basics class. My second term & booked for the third. Says it all really. With Lindseys many years of experience teaching makes the difference. Im really feeling my body change & move easier each week in moves.
The sisterhood community adds a feeling of support as we share how we feel in circle before each session.
Its not only bellydance itself being amazing. Its the bonding & making connections with other woman as we encourage each other to grow together. Thanks Lindsey for dedicating your time to creating a wonderful community as well as your amazing teaching skills 🏆 Cheryl

Sahara Studio, a lovely ambience and professionally run

Having taught dance classes at Sahara Studio over several terms I can highly recommend it to potential hirers. The studio is warm and welcoming and always immaculately clean. It has a lovely ambience with different lighting options and floor to ceiling mirrors. Professionally run studio, Lindsey the owner is always a pleasure to work with. Good location in Gorgie with easy bus links from all over Edinburgh.
