My first purchase from Sahara Fresh, delivered on 19-10-2021 with a problem. There was two boxes with Haloumi cheese, each box was containing two, 2Kg buckets. One box came with very good condition. Second box came with leaking salty water of haloumi cheese bucket, because the lid of the bucket was open (the lit was not properly closed). Also there was another problem with second bucket too, the seal of the lit was broken. Under these condition it was impossible for me to accept because of hygienic reasons. I complained to Sahara Fresh and they replaced the two bucket of haloumi cheese after a couple days and they took back other two. I suggest them to be more careful when they packing the goods for delivery in future to earn 5 star rating.

My first delivery was fantastic from them, fresh clean and everything packaged well. It was excellent. My second delivery was messy with holes in the meat bags and juiced leaking to the bottom of box and mixing from chicken and meat. I contacted them and they replied immediately apologising and assured me this will not happen again. I will take their word and try again, because they did so well the first time around.

Sahara Fresh have excellent customer service skills and friendly staff. The produce/products are fresh and delivery is prompt. Although I have had a few minor issues such as products missing from my order, the Sahara team attended to re-delivery of the missing products on the same day and the issue was rectified straight away. I am happy with their services and products.

Pleasantly surprised by how efficient the process of ordering is. The meat was well packaged and for all the convenience very good value for money

Some of my order is refunded although it was still available online if the product was not there it is supposed to be still available
They call to change the delivery date to the next day and on the day of delivery I didn’t have any sms or anything
